Twin/Oddsring questions

Hi all,

I am new to the casino world. I was looking for a casino to play and found in this website Twin. Seen the reviews, rate, comments and subscribed. First red flag is that the website has been renamed to oddsring. A very controversial as it’s a legacy problematic casino. I deposited and managed to win. Trying to do the kyc since Tuesday. The security area doesn’t reply. For me on purpose, just one interaction per day. Already provided the document 3 times and they are always looking for something else. I searched in the forum and found other ppl with the same issue. Guessing how they are still operating. Imagine to receive my money after verification. The rep here seems not to be active. Any suggestion?

Well even tho the rep has not been online for 8 months they are still accredited somehow.

So will tag @LadyJelena and see if she can wake the Rep from his slumber or find out if anyone else is available.

If you don't hear from anyone then file a PAB as since the casino is accredited they should cooperate.
