Excellent. A supercasino with hundreds of games and many providers, plus fast cash-outs. As I recall they were very fast anyway but for all payment methods a big boon to the player. I would anticipate Videoslots ending up on or near the 9.0 mark eventually, as the service I experienced is easily on par with the best of the best anyway.

Just thought I'd update all on my comments in the BAP section regarding free spins and max cash out.

It seems CS gave me the incorrect information, and Lucas was nice enough to clarify the correct terms for me. If you are a depositing player, all free spin offers have the standard WR as per the terms, however there is no max cash out once WR is met.

The $20 max cash out as stated in the terms (and advised to me by CS incorrectly), only applies to non depositing players.

If any mods can delete that last comment of mine in the BAP, it would be appreciated, and may save other players any confusion if they don't continue to this thread. My BAP comment is the last comment in that thread before Casinomeisters final announcement.

The choice of a 100% reload deposit match bonus (because I want to deposit after all that bad luck) or 10 free spins on Rook's Revenge valued at $2 (the same thing they give to new players). Well suffice it to say I got my revenge - Account closed ;)

P.s. I took the deposit match and lost it all in under fifteen minutes (I spent more time waiting for the games to load).

I had around 50 deposits at Betsafe before I finally made cashout this year.

At MrGreen my last cashout was back in 2012 and I think my total of deposits is way over 100 and over £2000 there. But yes have been given couple nice comps from Andy there to try help turn my luck.

But that has still not changed. But as I stated that is luck and gambling. You will hit your 90-96% RTP sometime sooner or later or it might never happen if that makes sense :(

Have you actually sent Lucas an email or PM asking for a comp? I am sure he would look into something for you. Reason for my bit silly comment at first was just I don't feel it is right place to put a rant in and say my account is now closed the way you did it that was all.

Yes most of it's luck, casinos have no control over that. However they do have control over comps. I actually found the $2 comp rather insulting. I would have preferred not being offered anything. I thought the chat agent wasn't aware of exactly how many deposits I had made. I thought there had been a mistake. However there was no mistake. I contacted Customer Support again shortly after with feedback. I asked if Lucas was there but he wasn't. I'm still sitting here like a stunned mullet.

That does make sense :)

What I have experienced both as Player and affiliate is that customer support really don't have all the options as someone higher up.

They basically have an automated system telling them is this player able to get a comp etc. I know this is how it works at CWC, system basically calculates this bases on Deposits and bonuses given, but it will not give the total plus/minus.

Other places not 100% sure, from what I know they do not have access to your full account information, reason it is very hard for them to give a comp from what RTP or loses you have had. I think they are also quite restricted as its not really something given to receive a comp, because you have lost 10,25 or even 200 deposits. And it is also the Casino's reputation as well on stake as they cant just have their customer support handing out freebies or comps to left and right either or say no to everyone, it's about finding the right middle way.

Also to give more information as well. Some Casinos ONLY look in your past month maybe 2 or 3 months play. So let's say you haven't made so many deposits last 3 months at Videoslots or they have been at lower value. That could also be a reason. Just trying to make things bit more clear.

I am just trying to give you some more insight. Some might not agree with my statement here and some might know a lot more than I do. Only human after all :D

To above statement I can officially Praise Bxxxx Casino, Gxxx and Andy at MrGxxxx as from what I know and have seen they really go above what can be expected in terms of being fair and Generous (PS I decided to censor out the 3 casinos i mentioned as this thread is about Videoslots :p)

I was looking for something other than what this casino already offers ALL their players - Apparentally this casino doesn't offer this sort of comp though.

Can I ask how much you loss Mark? It sounds like quite a lot considering you were after an added extra not usually reserved for the common player?

I personally donated over $5,000 at VS in my first month playing there, without ever making a withdrawal. I was offered very little in regards to comps, but it's hard to get overly pissed off about it when I got the cash back and races, which is more than any other casino offers currently as a comp.

Sorry again mate, but sounds like you're having a bit of an unwarranted sook, and to do so on VS' newly created accredited thread is unfair.

With that being said, I agree we are all friends here, and as your friend, I think I have a right to pull you up, when I believe you are unfairly having a go at another friend of this forum. Lucas has clearly listed multiple offers and bonuses you have claimed, or had a right to claim, as a valued client of VS. I do not know the whole story regarding your playing history, however, you chose to air your grievances publicly, and in doing so, you have invited other 'friends' to the discussion. We can also only comment on the information provided by you regarding the matter, and I'm afraid on this occasion, you make it very hard to join team Mark in this debate.

One of VS' strongest attributes is their numerous ongoing, and generous, bonus offers. You only have to look back at their BAP to see it was the main point they were widely acclaimed for. Now my last question was a legitimate one, and one I would like to hear an answer to. What sets you apart from all of VS' other loyal customers, that gives you this right of entitlement to greater bonuses, or comps, than the next player? Considering you have come on here stating you will close your account due to not being offered a sizable comp by the one casino that arguably has the largest bonus returns to players at this current time, I think it is a fair and legitimate question. Don't you?

Nice, couple of weeks, way to go!

Lucas, I was playing at VideoSlots Girls with Guns 2 and was getting alot of error codes 2
Then got annoyed so went too Immortal Romance and alot of error codes 211, disconnects from game quite frequently then have to reload and that occurs back n forth with the error code and disconnects :(

Hey Lucas, I was having the same issue with all MG slots. Constant screen freezing and shut downs. It was pretty annoying as I was on a roll hitting features on nearly every MG slot I played, but the tech issues killed it, and I just wanted it to end. Swapped to mobile, but just as bad. Hopefully it's sorted soon as I just returned to you guys after closing my account for the same issues. Your service is second to none, but I really hope these problems stop so I can actually enjoy playing at vs again.

Sorry I should have been more clear. I wasn't getting the usual error messages. The games were getting stuck and continuing to just spin and never stopping. I would then have to manually shut it down and restart it. It was happening approximately between 11:30pm - 1:30am. I'll let you know if it happens again.
 
Hi,

I have just been to the site to have a look, no account yet. I played on Winter Berries for fun but it seemed to take the stake wrong. I clicked the 'Cash' button to see things clearer, set coin value to 0.01, lines 25 then spun the reels for a stake of 0.25 but the balance goes down by 0.30 every spin. I don't see anything in the rules about where the extra 0.05 is going, like on a paid side bet or something.

If I do a £25 spin it goes from 11,000 balance to 10969.66 which is taking 30.34

Any ideas?

Try it again, and if you still see that it took your stake wrongly, then send us a screenshot of it, and we'll see if there's anything being done wrongly.
