Hey guys, I won some winnings on YetiCasino and have tried to make a withdrawal.

They sent me an email saying my account had been closed and all winnings forfeited due to using an VPN.

I appreciate this may be stipulated in t&C's but I didn't even realise I had a VPN, come to research that my phone (Google pixel) being a Google phone has one built in as standard. There was no intentionality in my breaching of this rule as I had no clue.

I signed up and spent hours of my evening playing in good faith, to have my winnings garnered/forfeited feels tough to take. I went to bed last night with plans associated with the winnings. I could have also spent my evening watching the cricket or doing something else if I knew that this was a false errand.

Has anyone experienced similar, or have I no leg to stand on?

I have to use VPN all the time due to my work. Never have an issue after I provide my ID and tell them why.

As long as you arent playing a whole bunch of games that arent allowed in your country. Even then L&L is pretty good when they do a deep dive. Just need to talk Jan and not the chat zombies lol

Unfortunately Jan looked into it (which I really appreciate and don't understate how appreciative I am of him having spent time to do so) and nothing can be done. Does feel harsh as an innocent mistake but I reckon a lesson learned about trying a casino that isn't one of my frequent ones and not looking at online reviews pre-account opening!

There was no deposit, was free spins turned in to cash. Therefore I've decided to stick to the decision in regards to VPN use as it could open our doors for a syndicate of fs abusers.
 
Many times I travel I play on L&L from my phone, never had any problems, I use local wifi so my ip change still got paid without any problems,
But you are a regular :) Fully verified too.
