1. General Forum Rules for all forum members

1.0 - Be Aware: All posts become the property of sussexmskpartnershipeast.com once they are posted. Any copying and pasting of posts from this forum to others should be done with our explicit permission and/or discretion. Copying posts and/or threads from other forums is forbidden, unless you have explicit permission to do so.

Please remember that we do not actively observe the posted messages, and therefore, we are not responsible for the content contained within. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented. The posted messages express the views of the author only. Anyone who feels that a posted message is offensive can notify an administrator or moderator of this forum immediately. You remain solely responsible for the content of your posted messages.

If you come across a post or a thread that looks like it's breaching any of our forum rules, please report it. You can do so by using the Report button, situated under each post. An e-mail and/or notification will be sent immediately to our admins and moderators.

1.1 - No "Flaming": Please do not post any messages that harass, insult, belittle, threaten or flame another member or guest. Abusive behavior will not be tolerated and your account may be suspended. Please refrain from potty mouth language.

1.2 - No "cross posting": In other words, do not post the same message to more than one thread or topic section. Cross postings will be deleted and posting privileges may be suspended for doing so.

1.3 - No "Spamming": Unauthorized casino ads are not permitted anywhere in our forum. You may post "want ads" or sell your domains or websites in the "Strictly Commercial" section, but promos and spam (or cloaked ads) will be removed. Also, do not mass-PM or mass-email multiple members of this site the same message. When in doubt, ask! ATTN: Spammers will have their email addresses and IPs posted and reported to spam prevention services. This is permitted by our legitimate interest to secure our networks/systems against abuse/misuse, which also increases the safeguards for everyone else. Shills will be outed and banned.

1.4 - No posting of privileged information: Please remember to respect other's privacy. In the public forum, do not post real names, email addresses, or other personal identifiers that may be considered privileged information; to include company "trade secrets", screenshots of company information, etc. If these items are already publicly available, this shouldn't be a problem. But if these are from private correspondence, or from some user database, discretion is advised.

1.5 - No "Inappropriate" Posts, Links or Images: Please do not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or otherwise violative of any local or international laws. This includes links in your signature, profile, bookmarks as well as posted images, photos and avatars. Unless you are a casino rep, please do not post domain URLs in your avatar. The forum moderators will ultimately decide if something is appropriate or not.

1.6 - No "Libelous" Posts: Do not make posts that could be considered libelous, defamatory, or posting merely to cause harm to another's business. Opinions are expected, but do not attack others with accusations of criminal activity unless this has been proven in a court of law.

1.7 - No posting of copyrighted material: Do not post entire articles of copyrighted material. Please provide an excerpt, synopsis, and/or a link. When in doubt, ask.

1.8 - No portal or streamer wars: Do not start a session ranting against another portal. Portal wars will not be tolerated. Additionally, do not come here and start a streamer war as well. If you are here to complain about streamers - or about your competition - take it elsewhere. Casinomeister's forum is not the place to pillorize streamers and this mindless form of boneheaded entertainment.

1.9 - Do not register more than one forum account: If you share a computer with another household member (boyfriend, girlfriend, granny, pet goldfish...), please let us know so that we won't suspect you of anything dodgy or having a sock puppet account. Sock puppet accounts are defined as accounts created specifically to cause trollish grief to others, spamming, posting bogus complaints, chatting with your other accounts in public threads, shills and other anti-social behaviour. Do not register more than one account in the forum without contacting the Staff in advance. If you are a casino representative and want to maintain a civilian account, this is fine as long as you contact us with the details. Unauthorized additional accounts will probably be deemed as sock puppet accounts, and you may find yourself booted from the forums.

1.10 - Members who commit player fraud: Those who participate in fraud inspired chargebacks, or create fake accounts, gnoming, multiple accounts, etc. will be banned from Casinomeister.

1.11 - Please do not exploit this board to promote your own personal agenda: If the moderators (and members) feel that you are polluting the forums with agenda laden posts, or constantly railing against a casino that you think has done you wrong, etc., you will be warned by the site moderators and/or your account suspended. If you have a crusade to lead then buy a domain name and create your own personal campaign site. Casinomeister's forum is not the place to do this, we are not your personal platform for attacks of this nature.

1.12 - Postings that incite fraudulent player activity: These posts are not welcome and will be deleted. Members who encourage fraud will be kicked to the curb.

1.13 - Conversations are Private Messages: Conversations or PMs can be personal - so please don't post these without the permission of others in your "conversation". Personal matters should be kept personal. Abuse this function and you will find it disabled.

1.14 - No Trolls: Trolls are troublemakers whose sole purpose on a forum is to cause mental grief to others. If you are posting caustic, passive aggressive annoying crap, or baiting others with the intention of provoking an emotional response, you will be pummeled with the ban-hammer: trolls are unwelcome and will be bootified (aka banned).

1.15 - Do not hijack threads: If you have something to say - say it, but please respect the other members by keeping threads "on track". If you have an unrelated issue that needs addressing, then please start another thread. Hijacking threads for your own agenda is not only rude, it is trollish and can lead to a suspension.

1.16 - Gambling Systems: For some reason, there are people who believe that the membership are morons. The members may be a lot of things, but stupid they ain't. If you attempt to sell a gambling "system", the membership will expose your nonsense and publicly shame you. Banning from the site is highly probable.

1.17 - Exploiting Your Membership: Do not threaten casino operations with blackmail. Mentioning that you are a member of Casinomeister is fine, but don't try to instil fear in a casino operation by threatening to post bad reviews at Casinomeister or roguing them. Leave the roguing to us - it's tricky business and it's not for amateurs. Do not badger casino reps for bonuses or other perks: the reps are here to solve problems and/or provide information. They are not here to be exploited or abused, doing so will get you suspended or banned.

1.18 - Don't be a PITA: Members who just don't have a clue on what is socially acceptable, or are just too annoying to tolerate will have their accounts closed. The administration and moderators of Casinomeister reserve the right to close forum accounts at our discretion. This may be a public forum that encourages freedom of expression, but it's still our place of business. Abuse your privileges here and you're likely to lose them.

1.19 - Posting defamatory comments or conducting malicious attacks directed at Casinomeister: Members who slander, post defamatory comments or other personal garbage directed toward the Casinomeister brand, its owner, employees, or moderators, anywhere on the Internet will be swiftly booted from the site. Spamming, DDoS attacks, or any other criminal activity will be dealt with as well.

1.20 - Threatening or abusive behavior: members who threaten or abuse casino representatives or their staff will be booted from the forum. This goes for anywhere off-site.

1.21 - English translations: please understand that the vast majority of our readership is English-speaking, and that includes most of the staff. If you post in a language other than English please also provide an English translation.

1.22 - No AI Content: Machine-generated text is almost always worthless slop and it isn't welcome on Casinomeister. If we see it we'll delete it and the person posting it will be placed in the Moderated User group, meaning all future posts will have to be approved before they will appear on the forums. Needless to say AI-generated text that ends up in the moderation queue will be deleted without comment or explanation.

1.23 - Content posted on Casinomeister: All threads, posts or comments become the property of Casinomeister. Any copying and pasting of posts from this forum to others should be done with our explicit permission and/or discretion.

2. Rules for Posting Complaints on the Forums

2.1 - Complaints against casinos will only be posted in the "Online Casino and Poker Complaints" section and within the appropriate forum.

2.2 - Do not post a complaint without first contacting the appropriate casino representative: They can be found here. If you cannot locate the appropriate casino rep, please inform us by stating so in your initial post. FAILURE TO NOTIFY THE CASINO REP MAY JEOPARDIZE YOUR ACCOUNT.

2.3 - Your complaint must not contain offensive, abusive or disrespectful language: We insist that your complaint be tactful, respectful and truthful. Making false claims will get you banished.

2.4 - Casinomeister does not condone player fraud in any shape or form: If you knowingly commit fraud (creating bogus casino accounts, using fake IDs, committing Credit Card fraud, chargebacks, etc.) you will be permanently banned from Casinomeister.

We have a strict no tolerance policy: If you break any of the posting complaints rules, you may find your account closed permanently. Please respect our rules and comply as well as you can.

3.2 - Content Restrictions Please do not post any ad-copy or advertisial language. The text must abide by our posting content rules. iGaming reps and affiliate managers: No Ads, No promotions, No spam, if in doubt please contact Casinomeister staff or consult your Gentoo/CM account manager.

3.3 - Pseudo Signatures Members who post "pseudo" signatures (fake signatures) will have them removed. These members will be spanked. Don't do it.

3.4 - URLs for Webmeisters The linked page will be your listing entry or page in the Webmeister Listings. These links will be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that these links adhere to the Webmeister Code of Conduct.

4. Rules for iGaming Representatives

4.0 - Read the General Forum Rules (section 1, above) The General rules apply to all Casinomeister forum members including reps. Not knowing these will cause you to be confused and unhappy.

4.1 - The procedure for becoming a rep is explained here. All iGaming reps need to have business related email addresses. Using free email accounts like gmail,yahoo, hotmail, etc., will be denied. Unless you work for Google, do not register with a gmail account. Do not announce to our members that you are an i-Gaming rep before your account has been confirmed by our staff. This is a direct violation of our rules and it's a bootifiable offense.

4.2 - i-Gaming reps will at all times conduct themselves in a professional manner. Your account will be closed if you attack other's businesses, attempt to poach players, or any other conduct the staff deems unbecoming of an i-Gaming representative. Do not misrepresent your business. Your presence here is primarily to provide players and affiliates with information, and to assist our forum readership. IF YOUR REP ACCOUNT IS FOUND TO BE INACTIVE OR UNRESPONSIVE IT WILL BE DE-LISTED after a reasonable attempt to re-establish communications has been made.

4.3 - Be aware that there are definite restrictions on how you market yourself on Casinomeister. Accredited casinos are each given their own forum to promote, and a shared forum for Casinomeister Exclusives. Non-Accredited casinos will all share a single promotional space: Casinomeister Exclusive promotions go here, non-exclusive promotions go here. DO NOT POST PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL OUTSIDE YOUR DESIGNATED AREA. If in doubt, or you need guidance, then ask the Casinomeister staff or check with your Gentoo/CM accounts representative.

4.4 - General discussions of Non-Accredited casino news, announcements, features, updates, or anything else of a non-promotional nature belongs in the Non-Accredited Casino Discussions forum. Anything that belongs there but is posted elsewhere will be moved to the proper place without comment. Repeat offences will simply be deleted.

4.5 - Any service you offer to players must respect the licensing jurisdiction of the players you are promoting to. If your Gentoo/CM agent hasn't already provided you with the official Gentoo Country Restrictions then please return to your agent as ask for it. We on the forums will assume you already know these Country Restrictions and will act swiftly and without apology on any violations thereof.

4.6 - No ads in Avatars. Your avatar should either be your casino/business logo, your pict, your puppy, or anything deemed worthy of an avatar but no ads or anything spammy. The moderators will have the final decision on what is spammy or not. Just behave and don't use a trashy avatar because it'll get deleted if you do.

4.7 - Your signature is NOT free billboard space. There are specific rules for sigs -- see section 3 above -- and extra guidelines for Rep signatures here. Staff routinely check Rep sigs for compliance and will simply delete sigs that are in violation. Repeat offenses will get your Rep account suspended.
