Complaints against 1Win and its many domain clones have been stacking up, and the picture they paint is ugly.

The Clone Factory

1Win doesn't just operate on one domain — they run a web of clone sites like 1wyvrz.life, 1wmkff.life, and who knows how many others. The constant rotation of random, nonsensical domains should tell you everything you need to know about how this operation works. Legitimate casinos don't hide behind disposable URLs.

Win, Withdraw, Disappear

The complaints all follow the same script: player deposits or wins, tries to get their money, and then — nothing. Accounts blocked, withdrawals declined, support goes silent. We've handled four PAB cases and the casino hasn't responded to a single one:

Case 1 — 1wmkff.life (September 2025):Player deposited 138 TRX in August 2024. Transaction confirmed on the blockchain but never credited to their account. Contacted support over 100 times. First told to wait 10 months. Then told the deposit had been paid — with no proof. One year later, the funds are still missing.

Case 2 — 1win (December 2024):Player's account blocked under Clause 9.7 of T&Cs. Player accepted the block but pointed out that their pending withdrawals were deposits — not winnings or bonuses. 1Win refused to release the funds. As the player put it: "customers have a fundamental right to access their deposited funds."

Case 3 — 1wmkff.life (September 2025):Player won 1 Bitcoin through the Daily Spin Wheel. Both live chat and phone support confirmed it would be credited within 24 hours. It never was. "I have made multiple attempts to follow up via chat, phone, and their official Telegram support, but I am being completely ignored."

Case 4 — 1win.com (July 2025):Withdrawal declined without reason, account blocked, funds not returned. Refund request pending for over a week with zero communication from support. "This delay and lack of transparency are both unacceptable and concerning."

Four cases. Multiple domains. Not a single response from the casino to any of them.

Your Money AND Your Data at Risk

If the non-payment wasn't bad enough, in November 2024 1Win suffered a massive data breach exposing the personal data of 100 million users — names, phone numbers, and email addresses. The platform's own CEO confirmed the breach on Telegram and revealed that the attackers had attempted to blackmail the company.

So not only do they not pay you, they can't even keep your personal information safe.

Forum Discussions

Our forum members have been blunt: "Don't deposit on 1Win they second time robbed my money. They just doesn't answer in support and doesn't deposit your money. The worst casino ever."

You can read more about 1Win issues here:

WARNING: 1Win and its many clone domains are not paying players and are ignoring all attempts at communication — both from players and from us. They block accounts and confiscate deposits, they don't honour winnings, and they've suffered a catastrophic data breach putting 100 million users' personal information at risk. Players are STRONGLY advised to avoid 1Win and any site connected to it.
