21 Casino slow payout?

Hello,
I try to withdraw a win on 21 Casino where I just became a new member. Now i´ve been asked for verification which I had done in advance actually.
Seems like the slow down here for whatever reason..Can somebody help please? Thanks alot

Well, what is the timeline? What is considered slow? What did the casino support tell you?

I registred around two weeks before I played first time and also did the verification that day. Withdrawl was at 28th. I mean there a lot of Casinos out there and everyone of them claims fast payouts..Why the ask for another documents now?? Im pretty sure i provided them everything they need for KYC. I mean this so disappointing, by the way I choosed the casinos because recommendation on this website here. Ive been lucky won instantly (without bonus) and now this happend..
