32Red's Review Updated

32Red is a well-established online casino reviewed by Casinomeister
As a little taster, an excerpt from the new Max’s Desk section:
"Anyone that has known Casinomeister for a while will know that 32Red was — back in the day — a very highly regarded and much-awarded site here on CM. And for good reason: the crew behind the original site were by far the most professional, industry-savvy and player-responsive group that we’ve ever dealt with. I don’t mean to speak for Bryan on this — Casinomeister’s founder — since he’s now moved on to other things but I’d bet money he’d happily second what I’ve just said. That said, the world turns and things change: 32Red has now passed on to other ownership and it’s fair to say they’ve been absorbed into the culture of that group …"

I assume this also applies to Unibet, 32Red website for some bizarre reason is so slow and clunky compared to Unibet website, then it always was even when they upgraded the casino to match Unibet's.

Takes an age to log in and navigate, not forgetting their attitude to anyone who dares to deposit and play any games, then they promo ban you as you are flagged as playing more than usual.

They fell apart when they dropped the download casino IMO.

I never really saw the point of 32Red once the Viper Client stopped being a thing and they went multiplatform, as there were better options in that space. I had a look at the new web based site and didn't see anything appealing about it at all.

Still remember my first ever 'big win' online was at 32Red, was playing the original Thunderstruck and got five scatters in free spins, my balance jumped up to over £1000 and I was like 'Huh, what the hell just happened?'

The loss of proper download clients for casinos is understandable in the age of mobile/tablet gaming, but it has made them all a bit homogenized and boring, there was such an eclectic mix back in the day.

The viper casino was great because it was like entering another world, you were transported away from your browser and the rest of the internet and you had entered a proper casino with nothing to distract you.

Yeah the viper clients were great, as was the original Thunderstruck, Simmo! got me into that game many eons ago!
Omg, I miss this casino especially back when Canadians had access to the download viper!

Years ago it's one of the best casinos! I'm still holding onto this youtube link that I won from called "In It To Win It". 4 people were drawn, I was the last person to win £500. The username I had back then was "

I don't care who knows it, I love you 32red!

32Red was the first casino I signed up after joining CM and I still play there today.
There was a spell (after getting bonus banned at the end of 2015) where I made a grand TOTAL of just 15 deposits between 2016 and 2020.

But since 2021 (thanks to being able to play Creature From The Black Lagoon again), I have been a fairly regular player there. Although sadly, Creature was removed a long time ago.:(

Yes there have been some downsides in recent years, such as RTPs getting lowered and such.
But they have some ok promos, leaderboard comps etc. and they also have a couple of slots that I can't seem to play anywhere else (eg Mega Moolah Goddess, DHV Megapays and Cazino Cosmos).

And as long as they have some BTG, Yggdrasil and Netent slots at 96% RTP for me to play, I can make do quite easily.

And of course, they still have that major plus point. Prompt payouts with no fuss.

As long as they have that, they will continue to have my custom.

It certainly isn't the best option for UK players in the current climate (that is increasingly looking like SlotsTemple, given Bet365's recent slashings of RTP), but 32Red is still a viable option in my humble opinion.

It just doesn't tick ALL of the boxes anymore, like it did in its Viper era pomp.
