Today I placed a decent size bet at 500.casino on a basketball match which was in overtime, when I placed the bet it looked likely. The video feed is about 10 seconds delayed on their site so there is no point watching it if your live betting.
I watched the score on their website ,team B scored and was up by 5. I waited five seconds and then placed the bet on team b. A few seconds later they adjusted the score and my team was now only up by 1. The score went from 88-83 to 84-83. It was overtime with 2 minutes left. I went on live chat and complained and asked them to void it which they said they can't do as they aren't liable for errors.
My team ended up losing. I accept it when I lose but I never would have placed the bet if I knew the score was 84-83 and the ods would have been completely different aswell. No other scoring site like flashscore etc had the scoring issue so its clearly an error with the provider they use. It actually states on my betting slip that the score was 88-83. According to flashscore the score was never 88-83 at any point in the game.
I ended up having an argument with live chat about it, as soon as I saw the error I went on live chat to have it voided so the match still have a minute to go but apparently they aren't liable if they make errors.
its not the money that fucks me off so much, its the principle of it. For whatever reason there is an error on their platform and as such should be responsible.
