Hey guys, Agent Spin here.

I’ve been around this industry for a while, mostly behind the curtain on the game production and consulting side. Providers, operators, distribution — I’ve seen a lot of how the sausage gets made.

These days I’m less interested in boardrooms and more interested in real conversations with players. That’s why I’m here.
My pseudonym is in place so it allows me to go deeper into rumors, and industry secrets - without compromising good people working in it.
This is a one man show - I am starting this as a passion project.

I’ve got plenty of stories, perspectives, and opinions to share, but I’d rather not start by shouting into the void. Instead, I’d like to ask you:

- What’s on your mind about slots and casinos right now?
- What topics, trends, or frustrations do you think deserve more attention?

I’m not here to preach — I’d rather mix it up with people who care enough to be on this forum.

My goal is to begin creating video content that is relevant to you, but heavily focused on the actual product, mainly slots and the deep inner workings.

Looking forward to the chats,
Agent Spin

So you are a streamer? But welcome who ever you are.

Where are you based? Which country, given how the industry is very different country to country?
I can tell you I am based in Europe. Since I was in B2B mainly it gives me an overview of the continent.

The product offering varies a lot from country to county.

There are regulations so bad, that are completely inviting to black market ops (Germany looking at you), regions that are considered so rigid that innovation and new brands are almost impossible to launch (UK, wink wink). And extremely profitable black markets (France, Australia)

But I can answer questions from around the globe - maybe except China, that is not my speciality :D

I will kick things off with some topics that come to my mind, that may or may not interest you.

Feel free to correct me, shout that the topic is done to death or that is boring.

- Actual slot design - how the game providers are motivated. How the casino operator needs conflict with the game design and the goals of game providers.

- Mechanics that may feel like you are cheated VS Mechanics that you do not see that actually cheat the players

- platform and website backend systems - how are you monitored as a player and how much of that info an actual support guys have at their disposal (compared to admins)

- The dirt of the affiliate business. Who cheats who? The line between luring players and straight up manipulation. The "chain of custody" of a player

I will not name names but I can open these topics in general.

I will kick things off with some topics that come to my mind ...
FWIW we’ve found that you get more interest in a topic if you post something about it — that is, give us an intro to the topic, your analysis if it, your experience of it in the industry — and welcome comments on that. Much easier for people to respond to something that is there than do all that intro work themselves in order to ask questions.

Most people I meet online in english speaking places really don't know what its like in > half of the world in Asia. This includes gambling hehe.

If you get to chance to meet an Indian/Japanese/Chinese player who comes to speak English, get them and don't let go lol

I completely agree. We tried to penetrate the market out here from Europe. But it is a black box. Everything happens behind closed doors of KTV at 3 in the morning when everyone is drunk.

Expos are a joke - drones of low level employees that "present the product. Execs siting in the penthouse above and taking 1on1 meetings with triad bosses :D

So yeah - we did not manage
