i tried vera and john this morning for the first time. and i'm impressed.

made it to a cashout and needed to verifiy, someone they didn't receive my docs. chatted eith a guy for 10 minutes and tried to sort it out. chat agent was very responsive and competent and permanently on track. he also stayed in chat until problem was solved. then my docs were approved in 2 mins!

the downside is that right now withdrawals to skrill need to be made manually via e-mail (but they told me automatic system will be live soon).

anyways, i got paid om skrill 1.5 hours later.

fantastic support, fast payouts. love it!
