You obviously decided to ignore my post I went on to live chat after seeing the pop up yesterday refusing me access.
I was informed by a German customer service agent that Northern Ireland was NOT part of the UK and I was not a British Citizen even tho I hold a British passport/ pay taxes to the British exchequer/served in the British Army for 22 years yet I’m not British.
I tried to steer her to tell me what legally restricts them from accepting players from Northern Ireland and she kept quoting UK only
I’m actually very offended by this carry on.
I understand casinos can choose who they do and don’t want to play on their platforms is there choice but to go onto live chat and to be told by a CS agent that I’m not a British citizen and my country is not part of Great Britain is verging on sectarianism...

Right so I verified and they offered me a five sports bet I asked could it be for slots then they replied and said they will give me The original 15 spins for dead or alive. Nah nothing to do with brexit I noticed they are linked to party casino they state on their tv adverts no N.Ireland it had something to do with the competition and gambling regulation here which USE to state all competitions must be free to enter for n.ireland residents which obviously included deposit bonuses.
I.E you open a new account and deposit £10 to get 50 free spins years ago for them to operate here we would have got the free spins for nout.

Anyway, I decided to give it another try and uploaded documents (i dont have a driver licence or passport so had to be other docs).. sent birth certificate and most recent bank statement for proof of address to start with. The birth cert was accepted, but the proof of address was refused.

Its my latest statement, image taken direct from a pdf version of my bank statement, showing my name, address and other details (which i covered
up my main account number), and they refused this? I thought it was proof of address they wanted, not whats in my account or my account number itself!

Anyhow i got an email shortly after saying they also want a selfie, proof of address with nothing covered up and pictures of my bank card. Seems a lot of messing about!

lol id removed my bank account number from the bank statement, and sent the resulting image thinking leaving the sort code and my name, address etc would be fine.. but no.. got email telling me they want a selfie, pic of my card, and 'no details covered up' , so im assuming they didnt like me removing my account number. i thought it was fairly normal (from past experience anyway) to remove specific details or at least partially (like, half the numbers).. so ive resent it back, and just removed the middle few numbers. If that's still not enough then i wont bother any further.

Reading over the last email i had, seems i need a more 'official' letter for proof of address (not that my bank details matching my statement with my details on there isnt enough).. though that could prove tricky as pretty much everything official isnt in my name here.
