Bets.io Scam Help, Advice Needed

This was incredibly stupid of me. But I deposited 20k at bets.io. Now they’re asking for all this information after processing 6k of withdrawal. I have about $21,000 now in my account.

They want all this information despite no problems with my account except to making cashing out difficult. I am concerned that this may be a black hole and I’m finished. I really dont want to provide this information.

- Photo of the document, which proves your identity (Passport, Driving License or official Government-issued ID card). Please, note that your full name, date of birth and the document's expiry date should be visible.
- Please upload a photo/screenshot of your cryptocurrency wallet with a deposit confirmation from 2026-03-22 11:46:25 UTC for the amount 20000 USDC (sender's address, recipient's address, time and amount must be visible on one screenshot)
- Photo of the document that confirms your address (utility bill, bank statement, which has your name and address fully specified). The document must be dated within the last 90 days.

Please, upload a selfie with both a passport and a paper (in one hand), with a sign "Hi, Bets.io and the current date". Pay attention: your hand and the document must be seen in full. It should be any type of a lined sheet but not blank.

Furthermore, we ask you to confirm your e-mail address that you used for signing up for security purposes. Just click the link provided in the email from our casino that you received after signing up. Sometimes, it can get in the "Spam" folder. If you can't find it, in order to confirm your e-mail address, please send us an email, which says, for instance, "I have an account on your website. Name Surname".

In case, you provided the whole package of documents and all the rules were met, we will inform you about the results. Otherwise, we can request to upload new documents that will comply with the rules of our casino.
Once you have done this, please contact us in the chat for prompt resolution of the matter.

What should I do? I don’t want to send a rogue website all this personal information. Can someone provide guidance?

I love these unlicensed crypto casinos. They can do whatever they like and nobody can do anything about it.
Whole point of crypto is there is basically no KYC - clearly not the case here.

If you do not want to send them the info you can kiss your 20K goodbye.

You'll have to provide roughly the same amount of paperwork/screenshots at the vast majority of online casinos to verify an account. Unfortunately there's no magic spell other than forging a relationship with the head of the financial dept and cutting a deal of some sort with them should they be willing.

You can provide the information requested and maybe get your money or do nothing and definitely not get your money. End of story.

Keep complying until they pay you. Although it's very unlikely.

Have you tried contacting Luigi Mangione to see if he arbitrates casino disputes?

Now they’ve disabled the account and no reason. There was $15,000 in there. If there a scam why process any amount of cash out?
