Six weeks ago a player came to us with a “no pay” complaint against Bluefoxcasino.com. Their troubles dated back to mid-March when they had requested a £2000 withdrawal that immediately got stalled with no explanation. All the player’s attempts to get further information were ignored.
When we approached the casino with the player’s details they replied "due to Data Protection Laws, we are not authorised to discuss any details of an account”. Since we know this to be a popular technique used by rookie staff and/or disreputable casinos to deflect legitimate arbitration requests we informed the casino of the player’s rights under the GDPR Rules and requested that they respond to the player’s case.
The casino replied then, and for the next six weeks, with the same non-response:
WARNING: BlueFox is stalling player withdraws without reason or justification given. They ignore the UKGC Rules against withdrawals being suspended without reason and the player’s right to be informed. Player’s are advised to avoid BlueFox until further notice.

"The players withdrawal is currently being reviewed by our Dedicated Team.
Once the process is fully completed, she will be then updated about it accordingly."
