As for Casinoroom, never really got into them and certainly didn't have any incentive when they introduced x100 wagering i think for depo bonus's

Now Casino Room bonuses come with 35x requirements on the bonus amount and real balance and bonus balance are segregated and treated separately, if you win with your deposit, you can forfeit your bonus and withdraw, if you lose your deposit, your bonus will kick in and that’s when the wagering starts. We also have many good things coming up for High Roller. I'll be posting more information as soon as it’s available.

Yeah casino room was once great casino to play. Then for some reason they got littlebit too greedy and gave us those nice 75x/100x wagers. But it seems that now they are back to being great again. Played there few times after that greedy part and managed to do one or two withdrawals

I’m glad that you liked the new bonus system, the high requirements that we used to have, that was due to the bonus wagering counting on every bet including cash bets, but I also agree that it’s much better and more user friendly now that you can forfeit the bonus anytime and use it as a second chance if you need it.

We have many good things coming up for HighRoller, I will keep you posted.

Not sure why you would require SoF on a player who hasn't played in 2 years for player safety, if you haven't had any deposits, how can there be a risk? What compliance law do you need them for when a player hasn't made a deposit with you, as his last one would have been when they were owned by GIG?

The reasons why these checks may be needed are specific to each account, so to give clear information and to provide support, I would like to review each case individually, also keep in mind that the site is still operated under MT SecureTrade Limited pending the license transfer.

That explains it then! Hopefully you get it in house and away from anything to do with GIG.
