Closed a few accounts in uk

Good day to you all!
Just a FYI on my own personal thoughts of how I feel the UK online casino sector has seriously taken a dive of late.
I ran into a problem with MrQ...which I had been a member of for a number of years.
They made me hand over incredibly sensitive info before I could take out money I had literally just deposited and had won a few decent wins in the weeks before...
Anyway since then I managed to get my money and the account was closed Casinomeister tried to help but MrQ completely ignored them...it took two months in all to sort out.
I have now ran into similar issues with other casinos which luckily have no money sitting in them and have rather than send pictures of myself and hand over information that information security experts would tell you not to give out, have decided to just close any further account that do this.

All British Casino is the latest to have an email asking to close the account.
I am not prepared to beg and wait at the behest of a faceless entity who has taken my money and then decided to keep it.
All issues seem to come after or during a big win and when I has just deposited my own money rather than it being a win they are trying to keep.
I have found payouts over all casinos getting worse and bonuses are frankly insulting and glitches appearing just as the game is about to pay out...kicking you out of the game and resetting your net deposit/win.
I actually at the moment do not see what the UKGC does to prevent any of these behaviours.
This site is invaluable in helping me to traverse the bewildering trail of odd rules and suddenly issues
But my main point is that the UK online gambling scene is becoming incredibly frustrating and basically insulting people's intelligence...to be gaslit and held to ransom over your own money is just awful.
I am basically saying I doubt I will be playing at any casinos shortly and am actually sad this is the direction it has taken.

Not when you are wanting selfies of me I wouldn't even hand out to ppl I know and copies of financial records again I would not give to those I know very well.
I work handling other people's information day in day out and to hold ppl ransom for their money in order to get this information and then how it is handled and used thereafter is truly terrifying and equally depressing.
 
Send PM so I can check. That is extremely uncommon we do so, everything verification is automated too!
 
This what happened with me and even offer an apology once I had pointed out they had the information requested for 2 full weeks.
They reassured me at this point it would be expedited but then asked for two more batches of info each one more intrusive and private than the last.
It was only when I posted on trust pilot and then specifically asked for a exported complaint that things moved anywhere...
Suddenly the money was in my account and my account was then closed.
So there endeth the story.
I am VERY disappointed I really liked playing there, however if this is the way online casinos especially the licensed ones are behaving my days of gambling are over.
