Please post factual situations and how it's effected you. Losing as a gambler we all know it's a risk this isn't about that this is about losing through means removed from your control. I hope everyone stays safe and we can all learn from each other
 
@brookemcallan , I've approved this new thread on the understanding that you will be as good as your word. You've said "This isn't a bash Dama thread it's a fact thread of real scenarios" and I expect you to stick with that.

If this develops as you've said, other players posting their experiences, then that should be fine. Be forewarned though: if you turn this into another "Dama done me wrong" session for your own purposes then I'll have to merge it with your previous thread of the same nature, as I'd previously explained to you.

Since you're asking for people's experience with Dama I will say this: years ago there were serious problems -- the old Warnings tell that story -- but that was ages ago and things have very much changed since then. These days I probably end up handling at least two player complaints a month regarding one Dama site or another. No surprise there, there are a lot of them, and you know how many times I see players get mistreated or handled unfairly? Absolutely zero!

These days Dama is one of the most responsive, professionally run large casino groups out there. So much so that I'm happy to take any player's complaint against any Dama casino without hesitation and you know why? Because it will be settled quickly and fairly, without exception. What do I think of Dama in 2023, from the player complaints perspective? :thumbsup: :thumbsup: , that's what.

No BS, Nice deposit offer, 40x bonus wager, no max cashout, withdrawals processed in less than 6 hours everytime

Getslots still my favorite even if they implemented 24 h pending for withdrawals and they won't admit it even though it's obvious.
Deposit offers mostly require a deposit amount of 50 to 100 euros to trigger bonuses BUT often low wager between 20x and 30x
They never applied any max cashout rule ever. Neither on deposit offers, deposit free spins AND loyalty fee spins. Hello I'm new on this site so delete if not allowed. I've been playing on the Yukon Gold casino game and I cannot get them to refund my winnings..its so frustrating has anyone had similar problems with this casino? Any help or feedback would be appreciated thanks.

Actually what I had meant was the @brookemcallan needed to make sure that HE didn't use the new thread to start bashing Dama. He'd started a thread previously -- and posted several times in other threads -- to that effect and given the effort it took to clean all that up it was only reasonable to ask him to confine HIS posts on that subject to that thread.

If other folks want to respond to his "post your comments" request here with their own stuff -- :thumbsup: or ? -- that's perfectly fine, I understood that to be the purpose of this new thread.

The only thing that I liked was the good rating they had and how attractive the screenshots looked. They looked like a reputable online gaming provider.


The FACT, that they never returned my $100 deposit I made, never appeared to take my disappearing balance seriously. In fact, after registering and making the deposit, getting email, and bank statement confirmation the bet was indeed successfully deposited at their establishment....I went to their "support chat" and told them what occurred and they said....send an email to support??? Was I not already conversing with support? Then I asked how come I need to email them and they responded the same and disconnected me. So...I emailed them...waited for answer...for a long time with not a peep from them so I went back and when I tried logging in....I couldn't. So I began emailing them and was now upset they basically blocked me and over the next 40 emails back and forth...I now realize that they never intended to do a thing. All my questions were replied with a request for details of my deposit. So I showed them the confirmation email from their payment gateway, and then they requested a bank statement, and then a more detailed one and on and on and on they went, making me jump through unnecessary hoops....conversing with over 7 or 8 different members of their team..I became angrier and angrier because I could tell that none of them were on the same page, because they would request stuff from a bunch of different dates and times. That told me that my complaint was never entered into their system or database. I know personally that the info would pop up on their computers, whoever was working at the time and I also know this whole debacle could have been looked into and resolved in a day or two tops to get a refund back into the same account I used to deposit. They could have emailed their financial department and ask them if a $100 deposit was made on March 18, around 8:45pm through Interac, from my bank account with all the reference numbers I provided. I know this because I became good friends with a support agent from Casumo casino who told me how they handle situations like mine...and to top it all off...this has happened at 2 other casinos a few years back and they fixed their mistake and even gave me some free spins and bonus money for the headache, something i never even asked for. DO NOT DEPOSIT AT THIS CASINO.....They do not care about customers and made me feel like and idiot for putting in all the work getting them numerous documents, screenshots, making numerous calls to my bank and payment gateways and even having them all on m side agreeing that Vegas Now had accepted the deposit and they said there was no way they wouldn't have know, especially since i provided every piece of relatable info and identification documents that I had...I gave them everything and when I said I had had enough and I was going public....they stopped all communication and still to this date....This is unresolved. My lawyer and I even wrote a certified letter to their operations manager only to be ignored....Again. Thanks for listening and thanks to Ask Gamblers for trying to mediate. They were ignored as well and because of that they went from a near-perfect rating to what it is now.....I believe a 5.8...(if it were my decision, it would be a zero since I feel they are fraudsters and scam artists and i've been treated like some dummy or someone they can just brush off. I'm about to write a formal complaint to The Curacao Gaming Authority unless this gets resolved in the next 96 hours.
