So in Australia online casino's are banned. Its lot illegal for us to play them however it is illegal for offshore companies to offer them to people in Australia.

When the ban happened some time ago, all the decent providers left Australia.

Most of the casino's in Australia operating now are rogues to be honest, however Dama NV decided to stay regardless of the ban. The interesting thing is they have received over 75 official warnings from the Australian government. Casino's to receive such warnings are King Billy, Oshi, Winz and Level up etc. Even after getting these warnings they have not shut up shop. I spoke with someone today who mentioned that these casino's are inline for a massive fine. I was told its $1.1 million per day they are operating.

Either Dama NV is making so much money they don't care about the fines, or they are just on a money grab until they receive a fine. Apparently the fines are imminent so I am curious to see what Dama NV does.

It does make you wonder about a companies values when they flagrantly ignore the laws of countries just to make some easy bucks.

Australia, is quite strict when it comes down to online gaming, but i wonder how the government can prevent players to play online casinos overseas when there are many casinos accepting their deposits and withdraw with cryptocurrencies?

They probably could less about the Aussie government. As long as they dont go there, what do they care about fines?

They ignore them, dont pay them and carry on.
Perhaps but I thought it would impact the licenses they have. They also say that we aren't allowed to play on any playngo slot for example but then let us play them.
Its quite apparent as a company Dama NV don't give a shit about morals or values so I certainly wouldn't trust them

Maybe but they're a pretty good casino group in my extensive use of them. they pay without fail, have very fair bonuses and terms, nd if one their rogue operators try to pull a quick one they're all over it and fix the mess. Think of how large and widespread this casino brand is along with related cos. Like Hollycorn and N1 and whatever other brands are out there. A 1.1m$ fine is the cost of business for an organization this large and popular. People want to spend billions on online gambling annually. 1.1m is meaningless to a company that probably has a large piece of that pie.
