Eddie's stake stream

So I've mentioned before that I have stopped gambling but I do watch streams if I'm bored.

I was on kick on Saturday night and Eddie's stream came on so I watched it for a little bit. He mentioned some things which I felt were bizarre for the CEO to say.

One of his "guests" mentioned that she liked the provider Yggdrasil and she asked Eddie why Stake doesn't have them on their site. He said "that they were fucken scammers and one of the worst game providers". He then went on and bagged the shit out of them. He then said that he probably shouldn't have said that.
He also said that PlaynGo is shit and is behind the times now because they refuse to offer bonus bets and ante bets.

I also found it peculiar as someone from Australia asked him on chat whether he could play Stake using a VPN. He replied no you can't as no one in Australia can play on Stake. I find it awfully hypocritical that he himself is based in Melbourne and all his streams are done live in Australia while he is using stake. Obviously the rule doesn't apply to him.

I don't begrudge his success but I do think Stake and Kick are responsible for ruining online gambling and this new wave of idiot streamers like Adin Ross is only fantasizing the world of gambling. It baffles me that there seems to be so many people streaming who have a single digit IQ yet are supposedly worth millions.

Just be glad that you haven’t played his new branded game only available on Stake by a provider called Sexy Rabbit (it’s a Prag underneath). I mean I find a bit of cringe to be entertaining, but come on…

EDIT: In terms of PnG, they should be commended for not introducing bonus buys and extra bets. I just don’t like their games for other reasons.

Unfortunately, not everyone realizes that streamers risk nothing, while their audience risks real money.

Yep the backend deals are wild and I'm surprised more have not leaked. Take everything a streamer says/does with a grain of salt when often they have no skin in the game.

I do like what they have done with Kick as a streaming platform(amazing they didn't get sued by Amazon for copying the design etc).

I am always dubious when you see streamers buy $10-50k bonus buys and their balance is a million bucks. Some of the streamers put on "Oscar" worthy performances.
