Credit cards - should work, but depends on your Bank. I was told that success rate is about 73% for deposits. Never seen Endos bet sizing so strange where there is 3 different option to change all the coins. Seems done on purpose. Why is there a coin value all the way in the top left corner away from the other coin values?????

I thought I was doing 50 cent and 36 cent bets but it was actually $5 and $3.60 bets

But anyways this need to be fixed thats absurd all the coin values everywhere just asking that the player bet too much

To change the coin value on Endorphina games, click on the number that is to the left of your "credits / balance" in the upper left to change it. The lower left is where you change your bet size. I guess the coin value is not at 1 cent so that is why min bet is $2.50

I agree Endorphina bet settings are a little confusing. They have coin size value on top left corner of the slot. plus you can set bet per line (left bottom corner). Both settings together with number of lines will give you Total bet amount, you can see. So if you set up both to 0.01 on 25 lines game you will bet 0.25
 
we did not change settings of slot, it is coming from Endorphina. But I see why you have such issue now: your bet settings are set to Credits.
If you click on menu - Bet - and change it to Money - you will see the following

i dont have it set on anything. That is how it is set when you open your slot for the first time. How is anyone supposed to know its any different at all and they have to do all that????

I just opened up another casino and even on these settings they have it set on 0.01 which is 50 cents. Yours is purposely set on $5 and with a weird version of it leaving players completely in the dark. One spin by a player and they breach the terms.


And you dont even have a coin value on these settings at 0.01. This is another casino (example below) when opening the slot for the first time. And I checked 3 others and its the same. So why is yours set so different?

I also opened the same yggdrasil slot on 4 different casinos and none of them are set anywhere near $8. Why is yours set on coin value 40 cent but the actual bet is $8????

most of providers have Coins and Credits settings for bet and most of the times you can change it by clicking on the Coin value and back. Endorphina made it differently and this is not something up to us, but to provider.

I will check if it is possible to add 0.01 value to CAD, probably they should be able to do it, as well as set default value to "Money"

PS note that on your first screenshot your bet is not $5, but $0.5

See it even confuses you. So point proven. If a rep cant even tell thats a $5 bet how is a player supposed to know that hidden up in the left hand corner is there a coin denom that you need to click on that can be changed too. Regardless of how the slot is made. The slot bet should not be set on $5 and so confusing when your max bet on a bonus is $3. I have never seen an endorphina slot set like this ever.

That was a $5 spin. And when I tried to figure it out my next spin was $3.60

You can check my play history to see.

.10 per line. 25 lines. x2. Is $5.00 bet.

0.10 is 10 cents per line. If it was 0.01 that is 1 cent per line. There fore the bet would be 50 cents. You dont even have 0.01 which is why I was completely confused.

Sorry but most players wont know to do that or that its even a option. And why would they even bother when that looks like a 50 cent bet?

I can understand if this was endos fault. But it isnt. I asked this question of Dan the rep from videoslots before and the casino picks starting bet sizes on their slots that is above default. Especially when the slot is higher than normal. Thats the casino doing it not the software provider.

So hopefully you can get this changed because I see alot of PAB in your future.

Anyway, Endorphina was able to do changes in bets before per casino, so I'm waiting for them to come back and confirm that they can do changes we mention above.

0.01 CAD per line value has been added for Endorhina games.
Changing default value from Credits to Money is possible, but will take some time, because it has to be done by our platform.
 
I have recently made a deposit using Ecopayz and all seems ok, but I have a suggestion in regards to deposit bonuses: There should be a way to see your progress without having to click on the person in the upper right corner and then clicking "Bonus History" to see your active bonuses. You should be able to see this info without these steps.

My actual issue is that I can not play Amatic games. The games do load, but they won't work since they aren't set up for CAD currency. We can play Amatic slots on other sites, so this error has no relation to being restricted from playing them. Trada Casino has this same issue currently!

I had that same issue in the past with Bitstarz.
 
Sonict, when you have active bonus you can see status bar with bonus progress under your balance amount in top menu

That is good to hear @me_and_ed I have successfully cleared wagering and will be cashing out $475+ from a $50 + the welcome bonus. Some update on withdrawal options for CAD: our current bank do not allow to send wire transfers to Canada, regardless of payment currency, unfortunately.
We should be able to use another bank in nearest future.
 
Won an auction for a €5 Bonus, info says automatically credits 5 mins after auction ends. Waited 15 then contacted support. "we're looking for the information.. we'll email you"

Can you briefly explain the sudden change with MGA license removal? Players had to accept the new terms with curacao liscence for every game but I am not that comfortable with slots not showing rtp like your entire play n go catalog since the change.

This is not sudden change, MGA require operators to separate Curacao operations from MGA. In other words casino cannot run MGA licensed games in the same time with Curacao licensed games. We have most of our content from a while ago, so removal of Curacao will significantly effect number of providers we offer. So we make a decision to create second casino which will work under MGA license. Everum will remain under Ciracao only.
This is more operational change, in terms of RTP's, Responsible gaming, AML. KYC, etc. we do not change anything. We will inform when second casino will be opened for players separately.

I believe, Natalia, our VIP manager, inform you about it. We are doing our best to credit bonuses to VIP players, but we cannot do it every time player is asking, unfortunately.
