They're going to have to incorporate affiliates somehow, at some point.
They'll try not to of course, then someone will do it, then they'll have to follow suit or lose market share (dependent on how many licences are issued of course).

I'm optimistic about it, I think people will play on Facebook before moving to a dedicated platform - great news for the industry generally.
