Casino reps are often invited into a player’s PAB Ticket. Normally the rep gets a notification of the Ticket to their registered email address but … things happen, so what can you do? If you’re having trouble locating those pesky Tickets here’s our (not so trivial) guide to doing so:
Just to be clear, in that last step, step #6, you would enter _your_ user name. I’ve put mine there in the example to show that that’s what I would enter there if _I_ were doing the Search.
Finally, hit “Seach” and you should get a listing of the Tickets you’ve been invited into. Hopefully all that is straighforward and makes sense. It’s an “easy once you know it” kind of thing admittedly.
