Fortune Jack and VPNs

Fortunejack is in the Grey Zone. Read our review to find out why.
I played and cashed out $100 on an NDB there a while back without any issue.
That tends to speak rather highly of a place in my opinion, but I can't vouch for anything other than my own personal experience.

It is fairly common in many of the softswiss sites to find that VPN usage is allowed. As I understand it, this isn't to cheat your way onto slots that are restricted by the provider, as the TOS clearly state which providers are restricted to which areas, but more so users in countries with less erm.. progressive laws/freedom of information/access are still able to access the site.

Actually, this has more to do with the BTC issue than anything else. VPNs are allowed because most BTC users use VPNs. But Foretunejack (along with Bitstarz) do not allow play from US, UK, Australia, etc. If the player is deceptive about his/her actual location, then that player will be banned. But asking players to abide by the "honor" system is a bit tricky. Player fraud is rampant and never ending.

This is the trick of the Fortune Jack casino, I read several complaints and they all have the same problems. First they allow you to make a deposit and then as soon as they see that you are making a withdrawal they immediately ban you. On the AskGember website there is a complaint from a US citizen who was not paid $48,000, allegedly from his IP addresses were fraudulent, this is how Fortune Jack treats players
