In an email to existing partners the following was communicated:

WE’D LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT THE OWNERSHIP OF PLAYFRANK AND QUICKSPINNER WILL SOON BE CHANGING. DUE TO CHALLENGING REGULATIONS IN THE UK MARKET, BOTH BRANDS ARE NOW UNDER NEW ADMINISTRATION. AS PART OF THIS TRANSITION, WE ARE COMPELLED TO TERMINATE ALL PARTNERSHIPS WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, AND THE CURRENT FRANK AFFILIATES PROGRAM WILL BE CLOSING DOWN.

THE BRANDS THEMSELVES WILL CONTINUE TO OPERATE UNDER THE NEW OWNERSHIP, AND WE WILL SHARE UPDATED CONTACT DETAILS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO YOU CAN CONNECT WITH THE APPROPRIATE TEAM GOING FORWARD.
