8.5 points in the Meister Rating system - not too shabby! :D

One thing that the have - which is awesome - is a max bet protection feature which prohibits you from betting over the limit when playing with a bonus. This should be mandatory for every casino that offers bonuses. But I wouldn't hold my breath over this.

Unfortunately they do not take UK bets - but hopefully in the near future.

Right now you just have 120 slots? Most are NetEnt. :(

I signed up and got the 100% bonus. Can only play netent because i always receive an technical error when i play yggdrassil slots. So its impossible to play through the bonus.
And now even the netents keep crashing. Game not available. I am sorry but this is not gambling. I have a 150 euro balance but i can not play a slot. So i have to close that account and you can keep that money to feed your children. What a horrible experience.

Hey Dunover,

FreakyVegas.co.uk site is provided via FSB.

FSB Tech are the platform on which they have the above mentioned brands as some of their WL's.

Having said that, FreakyVegas.co.uk is not connected to the other operators using FSB's platform.

Yes, but as the SE rules applies to all sites across any particular licensed platform i.e. as with Everymatrix this means any player suspended or excluded from any FSB site listed below cannot play there:

Yep that's correct.

In my previous reply I meant that FreakyVegas UK in terms of ownership is not connected to the other sites using the FSB platform.

Re; SE - you are correct though, if a customer is SE on one of the operator sites that's using the FSB platform, then the SE rules apply across all sites using the UK Platform. :thumbsup:

I am not getting a warm fuzzy feeling here. The questions and observations that have been asked and stated publicly about lagging have not been answered publicly. Not sure why these need to be answered by PM unless its a "personal" lag.

Then you have the withdrawal issue. Someone unfortunately plays their winnings back multiple times due to a seemingly technical issue preventing withdrawal.

At this precise moment i wont be rushing to sign up.

OK, so I just signed up and took the welcome bonus.

Firstly, the terms and conditions mention BlackType
Secondly, and more importantly

The deposit and possible winnings connected to the bonus will be locked to casino until the wagering has been completed

so 2.5x the max deposit & bonus (£200 deposit £200 bonus) 30x wagering, funds locked into the bonus
Brilliant

Blacktype, who they have copied the T&C's from, don't combine the cash into the bonus, have 25x wagering (D+B) and have a max win of £2000 from the bonus.

So you can win a massive 2.5x D&B and they breach the UKGC rules. Outstanding.
 
Luckily I didn't take the bonus (as you guys are aware I seldom do use bonuses) all I got was the compulsory £3 chip which I played first and zeroed - it was a separate balance to my cash deposit of £50 which luckily was the one I got the 7.7k withdrawal from - incidentally Lucas has PM'd me telling me it has already been processed which is good, I submitted my KYC yesterday via e-mail.

As for the bonus, I actually noticed Quinnbet was using the old D+B terms too and I told the affy manager I wasn't happy and I had to pull their ads until they updated to separate deposit/bonus rules as is now compulsory for the UK. They did it quite sharpish to be fair. I think FV need to update the terms, but as for the mechanism it does seem to be separated in your account interface despite what the terms say - again I cannot be 100% sure as I didn't use the bonus.

As for bonus conversion limits I've said it many a time - in the UK, the fact that bonuses are now separate and effectively a 'second chance' of course there will be limits as maths has totally changed for the casino now wagering doesn't include the deposit. Yes, the bonus itself is very EV- but say every fourth or fifth depositor is going to convert it, so it has to have limits. We all know numerous casinos have a 500 quid, or 2x/5x or £1000 conversion limit on the bonus. If they didn't they'd be out of business!

I agree the wording needs changing so the bonus should simply say '50xB' and the word 'deposit' should be divorced from the terms/rules.

It isn't, how I noticed was that my balance from a £50 deposit went to £100 bonus balance, which is why I contacted support. After me telling her to close my account, suddenly she decided that you could actually withdraw if you hadn't touched the bonus. However, considering my balance was Cash 0.00, bonus £100, and the withdraw page stated I couldn't withdraw as I had no cash, I think she was lying :)

Yes, I'm sure they'll be onto it ASAP once they're aware the terms are out of date - I'll PM Lucas and ask him to chip in here...
 
Don't think much of their support, nipped on to ask if my withdrawal had been processed, as obviously I can't check and have had no emails from them at all

FV I have forwarded your question to our payment department and when we will get response, we will send email for you as soon as possible.

ME can you not just look at my account and see if it is processed?

Sorry I missed this post for some reason.
Just for information, got my withdrawal Tuesday so that was excellent :)

The term is the bonus that I mentioned earlier in the thread, for a start you still have Black Type mentioned on them, presumably thats where you copied them from with you both being FSB, and the fact that you don't keep cash and bonus funds separate?
