Giving up hope i need help with Voodoo dreams casino

Hi guys basically I am giving up hope on getting a small withdrawel from a casino, it's been well over 3 months now, ID and address fully verified, then after that, all of a sudden source of wealth, I have provided bank screenshots, payslip with bank transactions, and tax return which is HMRC verified, and they have said it will not be paid, please if anyone can send me links to how I can get my money I'd me most grateful, iv been playing slots online for alot of years and this one casino has ruined it for me

Ok iv got this now, iv provided more than sufficient proof, and iv sent my tax return and everything, not good enough for them but good enough for hmrc? Iv had enough of this utter nonsense now. Absolute clowns and I would just say to everyone avoid these idiots at all costs

Do you have audited accounts and an accountant?
As they aren't something that is required in the UK, then I would be asking will they be paying for an accountant for you.

@maxd is this something you could help with using a PAB, with it being AML related?
 
I have an accountant but because I'm just a self employed plasterer and work on my own my accounts arent like a big businesses would be, but I have sent them a copy of my tax return that was done by my accountant and sent to HMRC, it's getting rediculous colin

Checking ... Ok, we've had a measure of luck recently getting VoodooDreams to process PABs for us so I'd say it's worth a shot.

I would suggest a PAB as max has confirmed he could maybe get somewhere with them. It will, if nothing else, be faster than any other route.

Please ensure that you have read, understood and will respect the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures . Failure to do so could slow, damage, or kill your PAB.
 
Thanks very much guys appreciate your responses, I will definitely try that I literslly haven't gotten anywhere with them in 3 months and it's not acceptable
Sad to be scammed with legitimate money, never happened to me yet, and i promised myself the first time that happens its when im done with online gambling, this casino used to be good and payout decent speeds but that was years ago.
 
Yes @salmonhell11 I played there for a few years and countless deposits and withdrawals, then this happens, and happens to other people aswell, I dont trust them at all now, and like you say, it's basically left a very bitter taste that I'm now at the point where I'm probably just going to stop playing online, it will always be in the back of my head now

Was there something about "read and respect the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures" that was unclear?

I shouldn't have to tell you this because it's in the Policies and Procedures but posting about your case on the forums while your PAB is in progress will kill your PAB.
