Just their bonus terms alone should actually make them rogue. Not only is it a phantom bonus but they have all this outrageous terms like if you win big you cant lower your bet and play a lower volatile slot and a bunch of other crap.
 
I remember when GoWild used to be the only casino I played at many years ago. lol Gone are those days. As soon as UKGC came into force they changed, sold player accounts to 32red and then just went to crap lol.

They used to be a good casino. Withdraws was usually around 1-2 days back then. Not sure if that is still the case. But I am glad I can not play there if they have those type of terms, Shocked is an understatement. It shows you though that they wasn't wanting to be honest and trustworthy if they didn't even want to apply for a UK license though. That is alarm bells in itself in my opinion!

Actually, they were in a state of a sort of a limbo. There were issues about their terms and conditions - and there were problems with their non-responsiveness as well.

We are planning to give access to the the comments sections of the reviews for certain member levels (CAG, MMs etc.) where you can give your two cents. At the moment it relies on members to tag threads (like this one), which links threads like this to the review pages. Tag any thread with xyzcasino review, and it should show up at the bottom of the review page - like here: GoWild Casino Review

Clearly it looks like this review needs updating.
 
Read my Astralbet thread, lucky if you get 1 email response per day, withdrawals are painful.....and maybe non existent, still waiting for mine, verified docs within a day, made withdrawal and they asked for them again even when my docs page shows verified......the whole ordeal is nothing but delay tactics and nonsense, they have no interest in retaining good players, sent them an email asking about my almost 5 figure withdrawal 12 hours ago.......crickets

Day 6 of trying to w/d
 
I’ve never had a problem with withdrawals at gowild. And chat always was available to me both times I’ve contacted them. maybe they’re not available on off hours.


And I never ever take a bonus. Anywhere. Makes life easier.

I did finally get paid from Astral Bet, live chat was the savior Freja gets an A, email response and communication F, but at least I got paid and Gia was also responsive so there is some point of contact.

I also realize it is not GoWild but everything seems to funnel through there.

Even though they sold the accounts, presumably they have had to keep records for 6 years for the players from the UK they once had.

Still waiting but not from Astralbet, now it is pending in my Ecopayz account, 3 days to process and then another probably 3 days to hit my bank account.......and double fees, absurd!

VS has it down, most of the time it doesnt even take 24 hrs to hit my bank account and no fees.

I realzie noone is rushing in to depsoit, what with the horrific terms and games exclusions and all else..but to update:

Still never got verified. Still no response from Gia.

Went back to live chat (which generally didnt open or work, and asked why not verified though I requested roughly a month ago and had sent docs on opening; further explained I wished to verify BEFORE depsoiting to save any possible future headaches.

Annnd they just wont *which of course noone told me a month ago, just to go ahead and deposit and oo, take advantage of the FULL $333 match

Looks like a reworded 'we can validate your payment details and verify them, thats fine.. feel free to lose as much as you want in the meantime, and if you get lucky we here in CS can then take turns bending you over while you stand there like a lemon, hopefully playing the money back afterwards. if that doesnt hurt and you still persist we can take 4 weeks going through our extensive list of terms while ignoring you once you do manage to try and withdraw '
 
Not sticking up for GoWild or any of their brands but the verification process was pretty quick, it was the withdrawal that I had issues with, it did get paid but not up to the standard as a VS or Energy and a few others, I do not play with any bonus and I am notorious at reversing so it's pretty important for a quick cashout, if you are okay with a couple/few days pending I do not think you will have an issue getting paid from their brands.

If you want to get paid quickly let me know I have their home and office numbers. They hate being called out or called upon. You are way off base here. The "map" you are showing is just connections between servers and doesn't much to do with anything. The only thing CR and Go Wild have in common is using Microgaming software. And if you are threatening to hand out their private numbers and addresses, then you are in violation of our forum rules - 1.20 to be precise.
