We've been watching the casinos in the Virtual Group (Ace Revenue, Gambling Wages, etc) for a while now and it appears things may be improving. Our investigations are ongoing but we wanted to hear what our readers had to say about it.

Please feel free to respond to the Poll, or comment below, or both if you are so inclined.

Thank you.

Regards,
Max Drayman

FYI, these are the casinos in question, subject to updates as the list is ever-changing:

Yup, Virtual has probably racked up more horror stories to their name than any other long-term group in the industry. Mind you they have been around since the earliest days and grew faster than their contemporaries so that would have been a factor too. Excuses aside though, in the Bad Old Days they really were a serious contender in the race to the bottom.

Hi

im new to this and I understand everyone on here have probably had it a lot worst than I have but I just thought maybe hearing about other people experiences and how they got past them might help me.

I have recently lost around £5000, I had won this in the first place but it does not make it any easier to accept that I have lost it all when I think of everything I could have brought and say for instance took my family on a nice holiday etc! I feel like a complete failure when I look at my family and I'm wondering when I'm ever going to get over this *snip*. The gambling side of it I don't think is a major issue as since I've lost it I've not even thought about betting again (I know as time goes on I could be tempted again which I would have to deal with when it comes) but at this moment it's how I live with the feeling! Only a year a go I went through depression and this sort of thing is making me feel just like that did and I really don't want to go back to that place.

any advice or anything would be truly appreciated.

Thanks

Hello,

Please forgive me but is this related to a Virtual casino, or is this just a general post regarding the issues you've been having? Please clarify.

Also, I've snipped that link you'd posted. It didn't seem to have anything to do with the rest of the post and frankly it looked a little suspicious.

In my short experience since joining CasinoMeister, and having contact with Virtual's representative, Tawni on here I think they might consider making her a Senior VP! ... She seems to be the only one that can get anything accomplished with them. I have had some issues solely with Ruby Slots, because that is the only site with Virtual I've tried to withdraw from, but I've only deposited in the last month with Ruby and Slots of Vegas was other one. Had really good success playing Texas Tycoon on Ruby but didn't have as much success on SOV. In my opinion, all the Virtual Group sites are going to have to "get with the program" on speedier payouts like Limitless and Bonus Blitz do (within 15 minutes). Like I told Tawni, I know Virtual has been around awhile, but if they can't expect long-term survival if they don't match payouts like the aforementioned ones with the same gaming platform.

Improved?.. My experience is up to date.
I was the one who didn't trust "horror stories" about them and returned tho their casinos often. They mostly paid late, but they did pay... NOW: They avoid pay me my over 15000$ balance from their several casinos. Withdrawal requests made from June to October 2025 aren't paid up to this day. Far-fetched false "reasons", NO REASONS IN REALITY. They started some "gameplay check" or/and "account check" months ago and it never finished. So my experience and my point- they did a pay year ago, but now they became obviously worse and don't pay when my balance became more.
As for the representative @TawniVirtualAce (I guess - also she may be a coowner)- just an imitation of support, but zero level support in reality, at least for me.
I read in one of Tawni's posts "...While our brands may have our faults (and we've improved tremendously over the past couple years), the fact of the matter is that if a player has a legitimate withdrawal, they WILL be paid." ..hmm... really?? I would like it were true and I could confirm it, but the reality is very different. She looks like a respectable lady (I really guess so) so I would not like to say directly: "It's a lie!" or "Not true, obviously and without any doubts!", I will say just: "I will refrain from trusting the words of the representative and this group of casinos in total. I have more than 15,000 reasons for this."
Yes, there are often really great promotions, but be careful, they just may not pay. I will keep gamblers informed about this group's failure to fulfill its payment obligations; this is a rather revealing experience about this group, useful for potential users who are unsure whether to play with them.

From an industry perspective, virtual casinos have definitely improved in terms of UX and payment processing speed.

What players expect today is transparency in terms, fair limits and quicker withdrawals. Operators who adapt to that tend to build longer-term trust.

There’s still room for improvement, especially around clearer bonus terms and smoother verification processes.

So, in terms of transparency, what are you limits and withdrawals speed. Cant see them on your site.

What do you mean under "transparensy"? Can you please give a sample of their "transparensy"?
They are very far from "transparensy" - I state it and have all reasons to declare it.
Payments processing speed? I can confirm that speed is the lowest compared to any casino I know (and, trust me, I have experience with a large amount of online casinos).
If you just want to promote your college's business, do it at least in more believable words.

I can see where the “they’ve improved” comments are coming from. A lot of the Virtual-style brands in 2026 do feel more polished than a couple of years ago, and the whole flow is quicker, especially on mobile. Deposits in particular are almost frictionless now, and some sites are clearly investing more in support and onboarding.

That said, I think the real “trust test” for players is still the same: how consistent withdrawals are, and how clearly the rules are explained upfront. Fast deposits are nice, but what really builds confidence is transparent limits, realistic timeframes, and a smooth verification process that doesn’t change mid-way.

I promised to keep gamblers informed about the case.
So: It seems the casino is simply brazenly evading payment. I'll clarify the situation in more detail in the next couple of days and keep you informed.
Incidentally, it would be great to hear a representative's @TawniVirtualAce opinion and explanation here in this thread (veery relevant). I declare that I'm open and willing to have her publicly present the details of their "game/profile/red flag check" and share casino's data, excluding my personal information, of course. I remind you: the case is about the amount that I have in my balances, a debt of over 15,000 USD from several casinos from the group of casinos discussed in this thread. (Honestly, I haven't even calculated them all—maybe even 20k in total, but definitely more than 15k.).

An update. I contacted one of these casinos support today. I was informed that my balances are removed. They didn't even give any reason. I guess this is a useful information for those who play there or planned to register.

I remind it's about several casinos of Virtual Group that have over 15k$ of my money. Think twice before making deposit there.
