I am visiting you from beautiful Victoria, British Columbia in Canada.
Can’t begin to tell you how much I enjoy online gaming.

I am so happy to be accepted into the Casinomeister’s community and applaud that such a platform exists!! I came across this site when I was Googling for some help trying to cash in my loyalty points that continue to be withheld by a certain online casino since October of last year. Is it too early to file a complaint (PAB) or would it be better to start a conversation to see how any of you handled the same situation? Thanks in advance for your input!

No worries, this thread is a month old. It was just my standard reminder about the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures regarding public posting while you have an active PAB.

As long as you don't post about you PAB while it's active, you're fine. Enjoy exploring our site!
