Hello everyone,

I'm new here so just wanted to say a quick hello to you all.

It has been interesting reading the forums which I had stumbled across doing some google searches.

By no means experienced I find it interesting to see how things work. You all seem.to be quite knowledgeable and experienced.

I also came across the PAB service which I think may be useful to myself as I have been patiently waiting for verification at a specific online casino, after requesting withdrawal, without much joy. I'm not sure what to do as communication is limited despite sending many emails asking if they can verify my docs so that I'm able to withdraw.
Customer support keep telling me the same thing (in fact it's the same person working the customer chat ar all times!)
Anyway
See you around.

Welcome to CM!

You will get better targeted advice if you name the casino in question as someone here will know the score with them.

KYC can be laborious but even so it sounds like you are using one of the less respected UKGC groups or possibly an unlicensed one.

Slotsdynamite.

I did a search on the forum but nothing showed up. I wonder has anyone had any experience dealing with this operator.

I withdrew smaller amount of £60 before without any questions asked but last month I won around 2k then the massive list of demands came for verification. I ended up gambling 1k and currently around 1.6K whilst going through this verification. Really frustrating. I sent email replying to the payments team on 2nd September which I haven't heard back from despite harassing the customer service guy and sending numerous emails asking them to verify.

Thank you for the message and welcome

Someone here will know the site, trust me, or know about it.

Unfortunately, there technically isn't an operator. There is no company and no licence. Appears to be a "Not on Gamstop" casino that is completely unregulated. They have very poor reviews on certain platforms (rhymes with RustViolet and BambinoPuru). The latter seems to highlight that the withdrawals (if they even exist) are limited to £500 a week.

Some of this style of unregulated casino eventually pay out,.most don't but I'm sure all will deploy all the tactics that make players get frustrated and play all their winnings back.

Best approach is to keep trying for a month or two but to write off the money in your head so that if you do actually get paid by some miracle, it'll be a lovely surprise.

Thanks for the good advice.

Is this is something the PAB service could help with?

I wish they could have done this verification before I won through them.
When I originally requested withdrawal on 3rd August they had said that I need to deposit more to meet their 250% for the total amount requested (which is 500 max) so I asked how much that difference is and paid the £110.. and we been stuck on verification since.

I was just about to say (but then saw @mulven 's reply above) that requesting more deposits to reach some kind of threshold is the sure sign of a scam casino, then I looked and saw that's exactly what you've played at.

Absolutely do NOT deposit another penny, it's an unlicensed scam outfit.

Run, and run fast and hope your details aren't passed on to other scammers.

I very much doubt arbitration can help you as these crooks simply won't pay if the decide not to, which they clearly have in this case.

With antics like this, this site will be one with zero chance of a payout. They've already taken your money for the deposits and now they are trying to squeeze out as much as they can until the victim realises it's futile. I'd hazard a guess that if you had paid this, they'll then come up with another excuse for a payment.

As Dunover said, there isn't much use in PAB-ing a faceless scam casino as they have no reason to respond or change their decision. The casino already has a terrible reputation so they won't be trying to make a good impression.

Additionally, I might be wrong, but I think you only get one PAB at a casino that is "grey zone" or worse (might actually be any non certified/accredited). Sort of a once bitten twice shy encouragement. A staff member can correct me if I'm wrong as I swear I read that somewhere but couldn't find it in the PAB pages when I checked just now. I would save that PAB for a future situation that actually has a chance of success.

Cheers for the advice.

I defo won't post another penny.

Around the same time i won on another site called Jokersace3.com which had a similar vibe than slotsdynamite7.com.
However, I requested withdrawal for 500 and it came without any verification checks, another 90 a few days later. I thought I would share that. I don't know whether they are licenced either.

I will see how It goes.
I asked for their manager or supervisor yesterday and was told to just wait and that I'm in a que and should recieve an email soon. Today I was told by their same customer rep agent (that always seems to be at work) who after checking the system told me that my withdrawal is still pending. I could have told him that myself.

They are a different outfit that is, if anything, even more a scam than the website this post pertains to.

These guys have many sites that all have fake licences and there are multiple casinomeister warnings about them.

My memory tells me they never ever paid anyone out but it's possible they were one of the scam casinos that deployed the tactic of lulling in the victims with a false sense of security by paying out small withdrawals in the hope the player deposits a large sum of money, at which point they pull the rug.

It's pot luck - some do pay, eventually, but ever win big or get significantly ahead, your troubles start. As said above, they may pay on occasion to run the confidence trick.

They'll keep saying you'll get a reply soon ad infinitum, I'm afraid. That's my prediction anyways.

Thanks for all your replies. At least you guys made me smile.

I see the accredited casino list on casinomeister but never seem to win at allbritishcasino although I want to keep trying them due to their credibility.
I had some joy on PUB casino and Vegas before.

Before you guys go, any suggestions on casinos/slots would be highly appreciated.
Is there somewhere on the forums for this sort of thing. Like posting big wins etc?

As long as you are playing on the highest RTP versions (getting harder to do in the UK), all regulated sites will have the same chance of winning as the games are all connected to the same provider server. People just tend to attach positive or negative feelings to the sites they played at depending on the runs they had. I even do this myself but for slots that I got lucky on early, I usually have a positive bias towards.

I would just recommend playing on some of the accredited sites on slots that are atleast 96%.

I just played JohhnyCash using my balance on slotsdynamite and won £140
It always seems to be on this dodgy website I get wins lol

Yes I played on playojo earlier and ws finding it hard to source the slots with 96rtp.

I ended up wasting my balance on different big bass games, but those were only sitting around 94, 95 rtps.

Can the scam casinos be done for fraud, surely they cannot just get away with acting as fake companies and carry on doing it day in day out.

As Mulven has said above, highly unlikely. Chargeback is possible, but no chance if you have had to approve the deposit via your banking app.

If you have indeed used your bank card to deposit, I would also be extremely wary of your card being cloned, as some of the merchants used could be florists in Kenya for example.

You might want to consider cancelling your card and requesting a new one to be on the safe side.

It's not unknown for these scam sites to use fake software where the games pay in excess of 100%. To hook you in. If you always win, there's something wrong.

It seems to be always on their Tada provider slots. Bgaming too.

I will probably cancel the card today. Thanks for the advice.

I haven't heard anything about chargeback before. Is there any information about this?

I sent them another email today. Will update if they pay or respond. Might be worth giving them some time to act, before I accuse them of fraud and speak to my bank?

Oh gosh, I came across this 5 star review from James Pearce? I'm not sure if he works for slotsdynamite7.com, or how much he was paid out of my winnings possibly.

How much is a curacoa licence worth anyway?

Here it is *snip*

They are unlicenced, this is just an affilaite farming site.

Curacao eGaming sublicences don't even exist anymore and havent for over a year.

Hi, Brian, please refrain from inserting links to third-party sites when not approved, especially to scam affiliate sites sending addicts to bent casinos!

James Pearce will be a manufactured name, with a Google image no doubt of some random Belorussian university student who will inevitably be an 'industry expert' or 'maths professor' with 'years of experience'.

In reality it's just a sad scammer making money from his mum's bedroom or a Russian apartment.

I want to update my experience with slotsdynamite7.com

I was finally approved after a long account verification process and was paid £500 (maximum amount you can withdraw)

I tried to withdraw again, after a week they finally got back to me to let me know my withdrawal was not accepted due to their terms and conditions which state that you cannot withdraw exceeding 250% of your total deposited amount. (Check the attachment to see the reply.

I have never heard of this before. So I asked why the casino is taking %250 of the winnings but the only reply I got was that it is all in our terms and conditions.

So if I want to access my winnings, I must deposit £200 to withdraw the maximum amount of £500!

Not only that the minimum amount your allowed to withdraw is £250

Mental

We have reviewed your withdrawal request and unfortunately cannot process it at this time as it does not meet one of our established requirements. According to our policy, the maximum total amount a player can withdraw from their wallet cannot exceed 250% of the total deposited amount. T&C 9.11.2

Because the requested amount exceeds this limit, your withdrawal request has been rejected.

As rogue as they come. Utterly ludicrous.

It seems if I want my winnings i will need to keep depositing. I'm not good with maths, but I'm sure the minimum withdrawal of £250 will most likely be a problem too.

Finally got approved on SlotsDynamite7.com and withdrew £500, but then my next withdrawal was blocked. Their T&Cs say you can’t withdraw more than 250% of your deposits—something I’d never seen before.

To access winnings again, I’d have to deposit £200 just to withdraw £500, and the minimum withdrawal is £250. Feels misleading and restrictive.

Has anyone heard of this before, the minimum withdrawal is £250 and the maximum is £500?!

And the only way you can withdraw your winnings is by depositing and wagering 250% which allows you to deposit £500!

Its absolutely bonkers if you ask me. Imagine winning £200 and realising your not able to withdraw anything because the minimum withdrawal is £250

If you win £2000, just remember you must have deposited and wagered £1000 to be eligible for withdrawal - but even then you can only withdraw £500 at a time!
