Hi to all on the forum,

Just a note to introduce ourselves as the casino rep account for Staybet casino and sportsbook.

If anyone has any questions about our slots games or sportsbook, or indeed the Staybet Partners affiliate program we will always be happy to answer them as soon as we can. We did not previously have a rep on Casinomeister so we wanted to have a presence here if anyone has questions or needs representation.

We'd very much like to work towards becoming a Casinomeister accredited casino, however at the moment I'm not sure if we fulfill all the requirements considering we launched in May 2016, so firstly we don't make the 2 year qualification period. Perhaps we could be considered for the 120 day Baptism by Fire at the moment but of course we'll leave that to you.

Nevertheless, we will always have a presence here on the forum for any players or affiliates with questions about the site.

We'll be attending ICE and LAC wo we'd be very happy to meet you there.

Found the odd spelling mistake while scanning your terms.

I dont like your banned games during a bonus. Dead or alive..creature of the black lagoon...etc. Some casinos do have this so its not rare or anything...but not many people like that

That's dreadful. A decent hit at 0.18 on DoA could net over that and then to have it spread over 2 weeks? :rolleyes:

TFTUF is the LAST game I would ban if I owned a casino - every time I play it I just lose, lose, lose! :mad:
Why that game anyway - you can't "save up" stuff to use later... :what:

Bad spelling, grammar and poorly laid out terms - just like a lot of casinos... is it really that hard to find a natural, well educated, English speaker to check these things and make them more "reader-friendly"...?

Thanks for your feedback guys, we always appreciate it and it's always taken on board, likewise we'll take your points into a meeting internally and see if we can improve the experience for you.

As we were relatively new to the market, like many we wanted to ensure that our risk was not too high earlier on, but as we are growing we will be able to loosen up some of the more stringent WR and weekly payouts, which we intend to do.

Advice is appreciated and we hope that we can make it more attractive for you as we go on, and yes, the spelling will also be reviewed!

Basically any game which has a very high RTP like Blood Suckers or any game capable of paying 1000's x stake like TFTUT or DoA are routinely singled out from bonus play - after all they don't want some lucky bastard hitting 1000+ x stake and then being odds-on to cash it out, do they??

I'll give you ONE example of how the shit English could lead to issues:

Right, as I read that I can play ONCE with my deposit in order to withdraw it. In other words, your terms permit me to money launder as I can freely deposit 500$ 'and play once' - your minimum bet on sports is $2 so I could do that or have one 10p spin on St*rb*rst therefore paying 10c to launder 500euros. Very good value for money I may add, as the average criminal pays 10-20% for cleaning cash!!!!

Obviously what you mean is that I must play through the WHOLE deposit at least once in order to withdraw it. But due to crap translation and English as KK said, the terms are a joke. I've seen clearer English in self-assembly furniture instructions from China.

250 euros to my Paypal and I'll edit them in proper English for you.

I'd recommend having another good read (or asking someone who is very fluent in English) to go through your T&C's with a very fine tooth comb.

I always genuinely want to see new casinos do well but if this proof reading exercise is not undertaken and I'd say soon too, this thread is going to fill up very quickly with inaccuracies, concerns etc before your up and running.

Will save a lot of potential headaches in the long run :thumbsup:

Just go read some of the top casinos terms and go from there. Making terms like this will entice no one. You are in a competitive business so having shit terms is not going to bring a bunch of people to your site. Poor grammar is a massive turn off too.

BTW Ill do it for $250 CAD. I win.

I had to check this place too. I wish I hadn't.
For some reason new companies are using kids who haven't played themselves, and who don't know what those T&C's mean to translate their site to Swedish.

I've read worse but it was definately not good. They simply don't know what they are doing...

As you know we are relatively new to the market and hence did have to employ some withdrawal limits earlier on as well as a homeless guy who promised us he could speak English to write our terms & conditions. He did that for $80 so he had you all beat there.

Like we said, we'll always listen honestly to players' opinions and want to be as transparent as possible going forward too.

Terms are an ongoing document that reflect the casino & the products on offer and although we wouldn't rewrite terms retroactively to fit a specific event if it didn't work in our favour, we are able to update them in order to reflect the player account functions, the games, the license and the user experience. I thought your offer of free spins as thanks was a nice gesture......but I'm a newbie so prob don't understand internal politics.
How close are we to the UK license? I've checked out the site and love the MASSIVE range of games on offer, also the many FS offers on FB. Based on this I tried to make a deposit. Visa. First 2 failed, then bank asked for verification. After that the third attempt worked and I've had a very lucky run with my 1st deposit bonus. I read elsewhere that you may have had issues with visa withdrawals. Is this the case?

It really doesn't encourage me to register and deposit my hard earn't gambling money on sites that can't get spelling right neither does it encourage me to play if I know it takes ages to receive any potential winnings. As per my previous threads I'm getting a little tired of this pretty unprofessional practice.
 
Standard terms?

In the badly worded terms it states that winnings can be confiscated if you play over the €5 per bet.

Whilst I am used to this term whilst meeting wagering, is it standard practice to insist that this term remains in place until the funds are withdrawn? (Even when withdrawal system isn't working and 2 requests made which were not moved to 'pending')

If you were playing with a bonus, I'd post in online casino complaints, bonus issues.

Please make sure you let the rep be aware of the thread, even if you don't name them.

And if there is no rep, post away, naming the casino. There are a lot of experienced members, and sometimes affiliates with contacts that may be able to help.

Thank you for your quick reply. I will post in the recommended section.

I'm not sure if it was considered a bonus as it was part deposit and part bonus that I had cleared wagering requirements for a day earlier and funds had been moved into 'cash' section as opposed to 'bonus' section.

Word of caution to those reading this thread as this is the thread introducing the rep for the particular casino x

Do not increase your bet unless you have withdrawn any cash won using a bonus (even if it is in pending).
 
Beware of the small print

The one that got me more than €2500 confiscated. Beware.

"After the wager requirement has been fulfilled, the €5 casino max bet rule and €25 max sport bet rule still applies up until all funds from the wagered bonus has been withdrawn, since these funds originate from the bonus."

Hi I am newbie I intend to take Staybet.com to eu small claims court they will not provided me with address to send claim to can anyone help? I've found out two guys behind this casino <snip> and <snip> and have emailed them along with frequent emails to their support but they are ignoring me.

so many predatory T&C its not even fun anymore. Also whats up with saying we have 40x wagering on bonus, when most games contribute 70% ?

Might as well change it to "OUR WAGERING IS AWESOME ! Only 2x bonus", but add a small print that says "slots contribute 2%" :D

jeez i dont know how some of casinos get license nowadays. its like that playtech casino that lets you make $2000 bets on their slots, but has $1000 max cashout per month clause :eek:

Terrible and Nicklas is a rude prick

Never would i recommend this casino. Bet limits requirements are not displayed anywhere where a normal person could see them. And they just abruptly take all your winnings and not once will relpy to your emails. Accreditation not a chance
