Does Igntion share the progressive jackpots with Bovada, Slots.LV and there other sister casinos???

And how do you win the progressive jackpot, as Ignition states:

I do not get it....does Ignition Casino just randomly hand out the jackpots? Not based on hitting a certain spin?
