Hello. It's incredibly brutal how gaming providers take funds from casino players. My bet was 10 euros. I clicked cashout above the 5.00x multiplier for 1000000%. I sent an email to jackbit.io support with evidence of a game error from the provider, but they stated that there was no problem on the provider's side xD I'm sending you a recording that clearly shows the fatal error cashout. My internet connection was fine. Jackbit.io should take it on the chin and add the winnings, unfortunately that didn't happen. It's really pathetic the times we live in. We have to record everything to prove our point. I ask for an intervention by casinomeister in this matter, both to the provider of this game and the casino itself. After all, this is our hard-earned money. Thank you in advance.
