I used bitcoin to deposit and it all went well until I went to cashout. I sent the documents to verify who I was and after a couple days they closed my account and tell me I cannot hold an account with them. I had around 22K US cash in my account when they did this. I cannot get a hold of them anymore because they won't respond to any emails, they don't have phone numbers, they just have automated responses from their live chat. I have all the proof to show you what is going on.
