does anyone have some advice I was playing a microgaming 5 reel slot hit the jackpot then told when I was trying to collect it that I could only receive 5000 per week I have since only receive 5000 butthat does not even reflect in my processed withdrawals the admins stole my cash there is 35000 dollars in 3 processed withdrawel I made I never new how much true cash I had on hand because it was not reflecting into my account I very freaked out and hurt a respect casino would do this to any player. please help me someone please I don't know what to do I am a legit player all my documents legit. Welcome to the forum Kevin.

We always try to help. Firstly, please edit your second post and remove your email address. That is a "nono". The forum provides a private message system, hence you can always communicate with someone without revealing your email address.

To locate a potential representative of the casino in question type the casino name in the top right hand corner. Find the review of the casino and it should show there the rep you can contact. Click on his name and it will take you to his profile where you have the choice: "send a message". You can also see there when the rep was last online here in the forum

Click on that and type your message. Before you send it scroll down and clink on the option "receive a message read receipt". That way you will get it confirmed when the rep has read your message. Give it 1-2 days to receive an answer.

Again, we would need more info regarding your win to give more informed answers. Which casino is it? Which slot did you get the win on? Do you have screenshots?

4. Please post the NAME of the casino.

I don't think there are ANY rogue MG casinos on the internet (if it is an MG only casino) - so you are probably quite safe. But without knowing who it is you are talking about, it is very difficult for anyone to help or give advice.

This is the terms and conditions of royal vegas violated as this was a progressive win and

shpuld have been payed in full on the first payment recieved as it was only 5000 dollars

which nowhere in my account even show a 5000 processed. Everything that the casino did

should have reflected in my account as all payments were processed arount the 10th of oct

totaling 35300 dollars in which i recieve only 5000 as the processed amounts were 15 050,

7060, 13850.

If your requested withdrawal amount (singular or cumulative lifetime withdrawals) is five

times or more than your lifetime deposits across all Fortune Lounge casinos, the withdrawal

amount will be released in lots of up to 5,000 credits per week. The remaining amount will

remain in your account until you are eligible for a further withdrawal. Any deposits made

after the date of withdrawal will not be included in this calculation. This clause will be

applied at the discretion of the casino management. Wins from progressive games are exempt

from this clause.


As you will see my documents were approved on the 10/9/2015 i requested another 5000

withdrawal a week after i recieved the first 5000 on wich i had recieved on the 13th they

told me two payment had been made because i requested another 5000 withdrawal and the

casino would not let me withdraw this was befor i realise i was suppose to be payed out in

one lump sum. refer to responce 1

The casiso was forcing my money into my account on a progressive not letting me withdraw

also even after a week another 5000 would not let me withdraw saying they sent a second

payment. which later i found out was not a payment. it was not until the 23 of oct that i

finally was notified even though i sent many emails and contacted customer support many

times over this none payment issue. I was not allowed to withdraw another 5000 a week

after my last payment because the casino said that they had sent a second payment. refer

to responce 2 as all moneys respectrivly should have been sent the same time not in 5000

per week amounts i feel violated and taken advantage of.

Also in refrence to the virtual funds if i cannot trust what my own casino account says how

would i know how much money i have? as there were three withdrawls processed totaling over

35000 i did not request any of this money to be reversed and and nothing reflected to my

account when i requested just the wins i had withdrawn the day befor to be reversed which

was only a few hundred and if it effected any other money i did not want it. the withdrawl

of that winning never did reflect into my account. As i am aware once winnings have been

processed it cannot be reversed and should reflected into my bank account. and i only saw

5000 and this money was not even a processed amount of my withdrawal. How much real cash i

have in the casino and my withdrawals need to match or i would have no idea what real

amount of money i have truely avalible.

I am also aware that processed amounts are not placed back into a casino account if they

fail but are resent another way of delivery as the amounts were already processed.

and in regards to the 5000 i never seen it processed in my account like i said there were 3

withdrawals each of the withdrawals were 15 050, 7060, 13850. all there were processed at

the time of the first payment was made as I realise all this cash should be refecting into

my bank account the same time i recieved the 5000 but did not. The casino was is trying to

take all my winnings minus the 5000.

AJ here, I am the manager on duty.

Kevin, I see you have sent us several e-mails regarding this issue but I will reply to the

queries contained in all the e-mails on just this one response.

Firstly I would like to confirm that the information you received from William is correct

and only 1 successful payment of 5k was made to you on the 12th of October. I just want to

confirm that the 5k payment made on the 9th and the 5k payment made on the 12th are the

same payment and NOT a total of 10k. The total you would have received is 5k.

The reason for this is that we made the 5k Payment on the 9th. This payment failed so you

would not have successfully received it although you would see that it was processed. The

very same payment of 5k was then reprocessed on the 12th of October. As William has stated

this payment is reflecting as successful and should you not have received it then we will

require that you submit to us a bank statement for your bank account with the account

number ending 503 dated from the 12th of October to date so that we can further investigate

why you have not received the payment that we made to you via that bank account.

You state in your mail that funds that are processed cannot be reversed which I understand

but I would like to point out that a processed payment can fail for various reasons and in

this case the funds that we had processed to you on the 9th failed and this is why you

would only have received the payment made on the 12th.

The remaining funds in your account were not virtual as you have stated but were the actual

funds that you had requested as a withdrawal that were placed back into your account.

Therefore using the funds to place bets again in your account meant that you were spending

those funds and not virtual funds.

Unfortunately if the funds have been played out on the account there is then no further

action we can take as the funds have been depleted on the account.

I agree that the jackpot win should have been paid in one lump sum, that is the only thing i can see that they did wrong.

However, for you to gamble that huge sum away in 2 weeks is nothing short of irresponsible gambling.

like I said, I have a screen print out of my account where all payments were processed befor the tenth the casino was putting diffent amounst of cash into my account and saying I was given two payments of 5000 each I never received the second and none of the processed amounts natch if the casino would have payed e in accordance to the regulation I wpuld have received it at the time I received the 5000 I never once requested any of the money to be reversed ever infact I complained about what they were doing It was not till later I found out that progressive are not subject to the 5000 per week rule and it was not till the other day did I find out that I was never to receive the other five thousand I have requested records over and over of there payments.. I ask if I withdraw an amount and its processed then that means its being payed correct!!

Kevin first a few facts about online gaming:

- You are responsible for reading ALL T&C's
- You are responsible for your funds in your account
- The decision to keep playing with your funds is YOURS AND YOURS alone.

- If you hover over your balance in the casino lobby you can always see what are cash and what are bonus funds. Hence, i can't really believe that you did not know how much you had in your balance
- Gambling away big wins before they are paid is very irresponsible
- If you would have read the T&C's correctly you would have found out much earlier that Progressive Wins are not subject to the $5000/week rule
- You could have asked support to lock your account temporarily until all the funds from your Progressive Win would have been paid. This would have ensured that you do not lose it back.

Contact the rep, he will help you if he can. As i said the only mistake RV made is that it did not pay the full amount from the Progressive Win in one shot. Question remains though, did you request a withdrawal for the full amount? Was it then denied?

How could I ever know how much is in my account if anyone were to say my account detail were incorrect? because the processed amount need to match what I receive or I never know how much real cash is in my casino account and how much I have already been paid!!!! for example when the casino still had me believing they could only pay 5000 a month there was just a small amount in my account I requested a reversal of winning seperatly withdrawn from my progressive winning and said I did not want it if it in anyway effected any payouts I had coming and it was assured to me that the money I withdrew only 10 hours before as there is a 48 hour pending on withdrawal, being only a few hundred be reverse as I saw that it was not even pending in my account!!

so i feel that the casino was taking advantage of me and playing with all my funds to confuse me never knowing how much was being payed out as you can see none of the 5000 dollar payments were beuing reflected into my account as being processed

The support agent said in his email that your $5000 payment was processed on the 9th October, your statement only goes to the 8th October.

And please answer this question:

EDIT: I have been a player at RV since 1998 and never had any payment issues, nor bad support. I was actually thinking of getting my personal VIP host involved with your issue but won't bother him as you kept asking for reversals of funds and kept playing until you lost the lot. Now after 2 weeks you discovered that Progressive Wins are not subject to the $5000/week payment rule and now you want your money back which you decided to gamble away in the previous 2 weeks!!!! :confused: :rolleyes:

I just had a good look at their website, and it seems the maximum withdrawal term is only lisited in 'Promotion terms and conditions'.
You should not be required to read bonus terms for general terms. It's a moot point as progressive wins should not be affected anyway.

I would definitely expect to have been paid in full by that cashier screenshot.

I'd realize that something went wrong when seeing my casino balance though.

You are right, definitely in the wrong place that term.

However, the OP never said if he requested the full amount in one withdrawal. All i could see from the email of the support agent is that the OP asked for repeated reversals from his submitted withdrawals. Hence, there is more to this story as the OP admits or posted so far.

As i mentioned already, i have been a player with RV/Fortune Lounge since 1999 and had over the years multiple payouts >EUR 30K (appr. CAD 45K) and even more between 5 - 20K and never ever had any issues receiving the money in one shot. And none of those were progressives.

I never request any reversal except on a withdrawal of a few hundred as it was based upon a win that is the only amount I requested. how can you tell me you know how much you have in your account if its said to you you have two five thousand dollar payments coming and its not reflected in your withdrawal saying processed 5000 dollars. as later I found out there was only one that was payed out so in my account it should have said 5000 payment processed and had another pending until the week was over then goto processed !!! but that was never the case !!!! because if I would have had that information I could have said hhey my other five thousand dollar payment has not gone through yet why? I could not enter the full amount it didn't allow me to enter that large of number. I called the casino the same day and chatted asking if there was any more info I needed to give and I was told no and that I could only withdraw 5000 at a time eveb though I managed to get the amount to pending it was not till three days later i noticed the money had been reversed so i called 3 time the first 2 times i was put on hold so long i hung up i was told again i could only withdraw 5000 per week on a progressive win. documents were requested and i gave my photo uid front and back my debt card and a bill then the next day it was something new this went on until the 8 of oct and the win was around sept 27 after i was approved all my withdrawals were processed!! but i never received them!!

When you are logged into any game the casino, there is a "Balance, Credit or Coins" box in the lower left corner which shows how much you have.
I am totally confused as to why you keep saying you didn't know how much was in your account - how can anyone miss that? :eek:

Regardless of whether the money should have been there or not, if YOU gambled that all away, then it is gone forever and you will never see a penny of it, and it's ALL YOUR OWN FAULT - end of story.

Sorry if that sounds harsh, but you can't blame anyone else for your own actions.

He posted the screenshot of his account where it shows 3 processed withdrawals. It shows processed for 2 reasons:

1. It has been paid to the chosen withdrawal method
2. It has been reversed to the player balance, either by request from the player or because of payment issues.

Only RV can provide a full statement to show what happened. It looks like this when you reverse:

Trust me, CAD 35K is absolute peanuts for Royal Vegas. Especially progressives as that is only partially their money.

Again, why did you keep playing with the funds???? First rule in cases where you are not sure what is happening or you have some payments problems is to STOP playing until it is sorted!!!!
 
let me explain this beter about amount pending and amount processed

ok I know there is an amount that says credits you must realise the amounts I had were coming and going as I repeatedly was withdrawing as the casino was reversing so the numbers were in flux so when an amount was reversed by the casino illegally and without request and the amount one would have no idea where this number came from, for it could have been any part of the whole amount as you ca see by the processed amount that the amount had been broken apart because I could not put the whole number in for withdrawal from my account plus the admins forcing reversals on moneys already processed as this could not be real cash if its already bee processed I did not request or reverse any moneys besides a few hundred all other reversals were created with fake money and were not of the real cash which had already been processed!! and these reversals were not reflecting in my account!! at the same time the admins were telling me they made two 5000 dollar payments which did never reflect into my casino account to say processed.. I feel this is a form of fraud the admins to do people to hide money and confuse the player. my payout should have been payed in full the day my documents passed! but they were leading me to believe the progressive could only be payed out 5000 per week which is a lie and fraud on the casinos behalf!!

As i look into this you had money in your account after made a withdraw ... You don't know where it come from.... You don't ask where it comes from to the support.... You choose to play it ... You loose it and you blame the casino...


My opinion : You're trying to get your losses back in a strange way and lack of credibility... Good luck with that

i have requested paper work right from the start and i have received nothing it should be as easy as printing out my account details but that would show that i was payed when i have yet to receive the winning! minus 5000.

The casino is accredited here, hence they will discuss the case with CM. As i said read the rules for a PAB and make sure you tell the whole story when completing the PAB form. And please write in paragraphs to make it readable.
 
good luck on what the amount placed into the account which came from la la land, i did not request and ask to not put into my account over and over then to have withdrawals locked on a progressive win so i could not withdraw is pretty fucked up!! i already new for a fact the cash had been processed and i know you cannot reverse a processed withdrawal! so i want my legit winning!! in accordance to my withdrawal reflected on my account details!! the fact of the matter is this when the winnings were processed and my documents cleared i should have been paided as per the withdrawal requests processed!!!

how does the casino even have a case right from the start it was lieing and trying to manipulate me moving money reversing money that was not requested to be reversed forcing reverse withdrawals how could i be responsible for my account when i had no control over it the e i only reverse a little at a time and then i can regulate my spending and how much i spent but the winning i never new how much was in there according to the admins as they were telling me i had two payments of 5000 payed out yet in my account it never show 5000 processed that's because i feel the accounts shown as processed were processed just not sent to me !!! then the admins played this sick game!!!! so where is my rock its in my account details where as the casino said it payed me three payment totaling 35000 minus 5000









As i look into this you had money in your account after made a withdraw ... You don't know where it come from.... You don't ask where it comes from to the support.... You choose to play it ... You loose it and you blame the casino...


My opinion : You're trying to get your losses back in a strange way and lack of credibility... Good luck with that
 
i am not trying to recoup my losses i am trying to get payed my winnings

did the casino fraudulently mis-lead the player? yes saying they could only pay out 5000 per week
did the casino illegally reverse money on a progressive payout? yes over and over and over
did the casino try and stall payment? kept asking for more paper work every day something else was needed
did the casino say there was money paid when there was not? yes telling me they had made two payment of 5000 dollars that was why another 5000 i could not withdraw on the second week in which i should have received it all the first payment
all in an elaborate skeem to take an honest players money of his winnings through manipulation fraud and lieing.

that fact is its not me that tried to rob the casino its the casino that tried to fraudulently rob me.

now me being a player if i would have done any infraction on the terms and condition the winning would have been voided i would not have been paid yet the casino can break there own terms and conditions!!! just so a play will not get payedso the terms and agrements only work on behalf the casino but not the player!!!!
if the terms and agreement are not in effect for the casino only the player
the terms and agreements are there to protect the casino but not the player as i said the terms were broken as soon as the casino tried to make me believe they could only pay out five thousand perweek. and again when the payments that were processed for withdrawal into my account after my verification were not sent !!! this is fraud
 

For a very last time, there are very clear rules at CasinoMeister how to proceed with complaints about an CM accredited casino:

- try to locate a rep of the casino in question and send him a message with your complaint
- give it 1-2 days to receive an answer
- if no answer is received or you are not happy with what the rep replied then file a PAB

Your repeated rants here will not get you any sympathy from fellow members and could get you banned from this forum for not following the rules.

One more post with repetitions of previous posts and i will report you to the mods.

or this site has a vested interest getting payouts for the casino there needs to be a site that non profit site as i know for a fact on that site i would not be put on the hot seat but the casino . how come the person commenting is totally ignoring all the things the casino did like telling me the casino only pays pout 5000 per week when a winner is suppose to be able to trust in the casino to pay you not try and rob the winner!! the fact of the matter is you have a casino that has very shady practices that are hidden from all the players cause i expect i am not the first nor will be the last unless something changes soon in regards to how these casinos operate,


whether any money was gambled is irrelevent to the fact of how the casino treated me when i won being treated me as a loser instead, to be taken advantage of, and what was done to try and recouped some of the winnings using manlipulation of the account and the hiding of cash and the forced reversals the hiding of money so as to not let the player know how much was being placed into his account in relation to what was actulaly claimed to be paid out. not putting any of the amount actaully payed in the processed withdrawals so as a person had a record of payments and non-payment besides the admins word claimed! that should have been in that screen shot a 5000 dollar payment processed and there was not.

I am not looking for sympathy I am just trying to understand why I was treated this way. lots of messages I did not read till afterwards, I was not trying to be an asshole I just cannot understand how anyone could admit that what was done to even be legal. ad how withdrawls that were already processed could supposedly be reversed when an amount has been withdrawn a an processed it needs to be payed. not pretend money put into an account and a person forced to have there money in a casino account that was never requested ever!this is not right this is not ok and I was given false information by the casino

remember the amount was chopped up into pieces so when an amount was paced into the account I had no idea what peace it was and what was even payed out as there was no conformation of the 5000 dollar withdrawal I received not of the second one that turned out to never be a deposit yet I was let to believe it was.

I was not trying to accuse lose my membership I just have no clue how these thing work and I am just on a learning curve. as I have just learnt how to sent private messages .


I was under the impression all online casino were a scam the already processed withdrawals were magically being reversed there was no records in my account of a 5000 dollar processed payment nor the other payment they were claiming everything was magically doing things that my account was not recording nor was I requesting!!sO I BBELIEVED I was in imagination casino rip-off LAND by a high rated casino paid up until today I really thought this was a big nickle and dime scams as I saw the reviews RV got and I know how I was treated from the start I didn't even think I would have even gotte1n the first 5000 then how they started treating me after that I was like this is a big scam I wont see anything more what the point at least I have that other five and proof of what they were doing to me!! then I find out they scammed the other 5000 also so how could a casino with a good rep do this to any player?.
 
I am only pretty new getting close to a year of playing online casinos. I have learnt a lot and respect is one of them, patience is another.

I only play at accredited casinos and if I lose or reverse it's my problem not the Casinos. I have read a lot of peoples comments, reviews on different subjects and learnt how to and who to make complaints to.

No putting down casinos, shaming them, accusing them of being frauds and cheats or threatening them, it's not nice and not very professional.

If you give respect you get respect back.

This is the best site here on Casinomeister, friendly people that will help with any questions asked, sharing thoughts on certain games etc

If I was you, I would've played elsewhere until you got your payment sorted and waited a bit longer as Casinos will not just pay any random people before docs are approved.

One of the worst things you could do is accuse the Casino of stealing your money without concrete proof. Not good.

I wish you luck and hope you are learning from all peoples advice and feedback if in future you post anything like that again.

No conclusion yet - it's still ongoing.

It's not 100% clear from all the rants and raves exactly what happened, but it sounds like the player won a big progressive jackpot, had problems withdrawing the money, and instead of working with the casino to sort out the issue and get the money - he just gambled it all away (less the $5,000 he was paid), claiming he "had no idea where the money in his casino account had come from" :eek2:

One of the strangest cases I have ever read on CM!

You had continued a conversation in a Top Game thread which has nothing to do with your complaint. Before posting in any forum, it is good manners to take your time - READ and follow the instructions on how to post - and especially pay attention on how to post complaints: tactfully, intelligibly.

We have explicit instructions on how to post complaints, and you have broken just about every one of them. The first thing you need to do is ensure that you are posting coherently. Either you are seriously challenged by the English language (writing, grammar, etc.,), or you are somehow unstable. My suggestion to you is to wait for the casino representative to acknowledge your complaint and wait for the answer.

Please be advised of the Zero Tolerance Policy we have on posting complaints. This is clearly spelled out for you at the top of each page of this thread.

But my take on this is you won and you gambled money that was left in your account and are now
looking for a loop hole. You have dodged the question from the start as to "if you gambled again those winnings or not"

Seems to me like you did.

Clear cut to me. Your rants and raging and accusations wont get you anywhere here. People have tried to help you
but your not listening. I aint played at FL for years but know they are a stand up operation and as others pointed out
35k to them is nothing.

Something defo not right here and I would say more so on the players side rather than the casino.

And please learn how to use paragraphs it was painful trying to read your post (rants)

Yup me to they had the best comp program I had ever come across back then (never did find another to match what they offered month in month out) when I was a "Vip" but alas such days are behind me now with my micro deposits ;) Then they changed it all so it was not "as good" but remember getting a paid for
night out with 2 of the reps. Happy days ... and I never had an issue getting paid not one time.

Will be interesting how this one works out. Good to see the rep already on the case.
