I used to like playing at this assino . Quick payouts and steady support. Not any more. In recent times, more than once, they reversed my cashouts saying i had not wagered 3x the deposit. When I said I did they told me they wanted me to also complete wagering on a previous deposit though my balance had gone down to a few cents. This time, I deposited 113 and after completing I cashed out 458 and was rejected. They said wagering requirements were not met because I had played different games eg live games, slots etc and these contribute differently to wagering requirements. WTF? This had never happened before and I took no bonus. The wagering should be calculated on 3x the deposit on any games played. These guys love to move the goalposts ever so frequently.

I know you can help but this casino has been pulling trick after trick and reverse cashouts at will. This is very exhausting. So I need to call the rep toanswer.

I have been paid but after requesting several cashouts which were denied. I played more and was finally paid. That doesnt solve the problem though. The rep has to come and explain what are the wagering requirements for a cashout on deposits

Bump. I had pm'ed the rep several times to get him to explain the wagering requirements required on deposits with no bonuses. He obviosly saw my pms but he has not responded. Not responsive enough for an accredited rep.
