Giving this a go now (and not doing very well) but considering responsible gambling, how is the host allowed to say things like, wait till the same thing (for example red) comes out 7 or 8 times in a row then next spin, bet on the opposite, then if it loses double your bet, loses, double your bet etc etc, and you are guaranteed a profit when it comes in? I mean clearly if you have unlimited funds and table limit its true, but you dont.

Also, if 3 people for example, post a 500x screenshot, how do you determine where they are in the table?

Thanks for giving this a go and taking part, i hope that you are enjoying the game!

For you first question regarding responsible gambling, I will have to come back to you on that next week when I have looked into the matter further.

With regards to your second question if 3 people post the 500x screenshot. The very first person to post it will win the 500x supercharge race. The other will go into the leaderboard. The placement on the leaderboard will be determine on the overall multiplier of the bet. So, if you stake £1 on a single number and that it, and get the 500x, this will rank higher than if you placed £1 on numerous numbers and hit the 500x. So total total win / total bet = best multiplier for the challenge part of the promo.

Yes, not a very good one, but here's a problem, when you take a screenshot of the win, it doesn't show what the stake was, if I zoom in I can see what it was on on the £150 one but I very much doubt you can tell from the screenshot, and the other one doesn't show it at all, unless I just bet £1 on one number, which I don't think I did.

From this point, I will request players state how much the total bet was when posting the screenshot and the time it was (if not displayed on the screenshot). I will then verify each bet!

Thanks for giving it a go. Shame you didn't manage to hit the x500 multiplier to take the SUPER CHARGE RACE prize. However you are still eligible to enter the lead board promo.

Unfortunately I don't have the resources to check your game play or the video to see when the biggest multiplier win was. Can you take a look and advise me when it was and how much and post a screenshot from the video to enter the leader board please?

The stake is the total stake, so if you were betting 40p on each number, stake is £14.80, so 2.7x
Just in case you weren't aware
Thats why I said its extremely hard to get a decent hit on this for the comp, to get a decent one, you need to be doing one or two numbers, hoping lightning strikes one of them then gives you a decent multiplier! I played for over an hour I think and my ss's were my best I got!

I have no idea on the second one, I did do some spins on a single number, so could have been 30x, but then I was also doing plenty of other different stakes, so I honestly don't have a clue

Hi guys,

It is indeed the whole stake that comes into play here. So for the leader board to work out the multiplier we do total bet / total winnings.

So the leader board currently looks like this:

1. colinsunderland - 10.71x multiplier (150/14)
2. neilw - 2.70x multiplier (40/14.80)

Looks like we have a two horse race at the moment.

Its so frustrating trying to get a decent multiplier isn't it. Twice today I changed numbers, the 500x fell on one I had removed one time, very next spin, and dropped in (I hate you 19!), another time same but with a 300x

Theres some dodgy shit going on with this. Twice tonight I've seen the ball stop, bets not clear then the ball start spinning again. @RyanABC @L&L-Jan Take a look at the video between around 00.50 and 01.00 UK time Sat morning (closer to 00.53) for an example of it. People not being credited winnings either from the same game. That wasn't the first time tonight either.

I have played yesterday evening too and saw these problems.
The problem was that there software did not confirm the spinning result. It was confusing that no winnings were creditet and the wheel startet spinning again. But this is a Autoroulette so it takes some time to stop it . After some time they canceled the second spin and put the ball to the number where it landed in the first spin manually and paid the winnings.
Some people failed to accept that the second spin and third spin were invalid because the winnings from first spin were not creditet.
Of course its annoying when something like that happens several times but in the end they handled the situation professionally.

I've just had a look at your ABC gameplay, but what I can see is like only a table with game name, date/time, bet, win, winning number.
Looking at the time, on avg one game round per minute is played. I do see an interval of 3 minutes between your 3rd last and 2nd last game round. (right before midnight UTC).
Did the problem occur there?

Its very rare it is there for any number, even rarer that it actually comes out. I've played hours and not seen it once, although am aware if has came out before.

No I don't have a video sorry, I presumed you could view one from your end?
The ball rolled, stopped on a number, didn't payout, started spinning again, stopped on another number.
I took the screenshot at 12.56.55 UK time, so was the last game before that, which looking at my account history is the one you are looking at - 23.53.13 UTC (11.5.2018). I didn't see what happened after that regarding payouts or anything as I only played a few more games then stopped, but people were going mad in chat. It wasn't the first time it happened that night though.
