Old times leo vegas work fine but last two times i have played after long time there was same thing both time.

I dont have any limits anywhere no depot, wager, loss or sessions etc. After deposit and one hour logged out and says session limit 1h/month is full and support says they cant do nothing no matter that i cant see any limits. This time i get last money back to bank.

Today few months later i go there again and several times checked that there is no limits. But i also chat with support and ask is there limits since i cant see. She confirm that there is 1h/month limit and i send screenshots what shows that i cant see session limit and thats way cant remove it. She say there is bug on software and ask if i confirm that she remove it. I confirm it and got message all ok and chat closed instantly so i didnt get screenshot from it. Well after deposit and 15 minute gaming got logged out when balance was allmost 100€. Session limit reached message again and not possible log in. Contact chat again with different person who dont even want to solve anything. He say i get wrong information from first chat session and they cant do anything. Well i ask my deposit back and got answer that there is active bonus so they cant give back deposit. He just sent automatic messages or write really fast. I ask why i got wrong information before deposit and he said only that first support gave wrong information to me but still wont pay back even deposit.

Avoid this place. I will do it rest of my live.
Only reason collect last moneys without even play and lost. Just deposit and you throw away and get chat conversations what says f**k off and come again give money with 0% rtp….
 
If you really dont want to play there anymore, I would self exclude and there should be no reason they would not return the balance to you.
I dont care about that small deposit and they can keep it. Problem is that their support give false information first time and second was ready deny any after deposit what first support person told and not even accept to look conversations and screenshot it was total get out what he says. And yes i write note to myself not to deposit there. Perhaps i check month later is there moneys and bonus feature still on what got messed since loggeg out during game.

E: this it no revenge or something like that.
I know there was session limit after support says that since i was not able to see or remove it. But after she said its removed i deposit and short time game ends. Why i would deposit if i was not sure it was removed?
