Lottomart SOW/ advanced verification. Pending withdrawal

Hi. I am new and learning but all ready enjoying this forum.
Right i have been playing with lottomart for some time now. Probably in my opinion the best site. I have recently been asked for bank statements and payslips which i had concerns with sending over as this request came after hitting a 3k win on my favourite slot game. The 3k withdrawal was paid fast.
Anyway to cut it short i continued to deposit clicking the remind me later option on the docs required popup. Played some slots won just over 1k procceded to withdraw.
Documents have been sent over and approved and my withdrawal is still pending and it has been almost 5 days now.latests i have been told is that i am going through advanced verification.
Anyone had any experience with lottomart or similar circumstances.

Thanks for the reply mulvan. I am hoping that a little more time will have it resolved. I am a working lad and £1000 would be nice in my bank. And also i just want to resume normal play with lottomart again.

I think I got bonus banned by you a long time ago, don't worry!

Speaking of second best though, I believe L&L were on to me much quicker and also take the crown in mid-late 2010s risk management.

Back on topic, it's always nice when people post about issues with L&L or Lottomart as you'll know they'll get resolved and the money sent home, safe and sound.

You also know if the person is full of it, you'll get a bit of tasty drama dealt out by yourselves. I was salivating over the recent ABC post knowing jan was probably going to come in with some BDE receipts. (If L&L create a casino called BestDayEver or something similar I want royalties)
 
Bit late on the update... been out busy literaly making hay while the sun shines in my little welsh town... but after speaking with a lady about my bank statements my pending withdrawal was paid and i just wanted to thank you guys for your responses and for the advice.

Hi mark I am having the same problem I got asked to send in verification of income and bank statements been told I'm going through advanced verification process been 5 days now no update and I have 2 withdrawals processing and I can not have them until this has been processed but I can deposit I don't understand

Would you like me to block your deposits too? I can do that for you.
 
Not a criticism of Lottomart, just UK scene in general.
If a customer cant withdraw, I cant see how it’s fair they can deposit. Basically customers freerolling themselves.

Players can still withdraw, the withdrawals are just on hold until the KYC is done. There’s a limited amount of deposits that are allowed during this process until the account is frozen automatically. This is within regulations. The idea here is that a player can continue to enjoy our site while the process is ongoing. They have the choice to a) not deposit. b) ask for their deposits to be blocked too or c) apply a temporary deposit limit. We are not forcing anyone to play.

From experience I can tell you that this flexibility leads to less complaints and a better customer experience.

@yazm91 my offer to look into your specific situation for you still stands if you send me a message.

hi Mark.im in the same boat.i have a withdrawl pending and have sent over all bank statements requested and no one call tell me what is going on,only that my account is on an enhanched review,it's been almost a week.
 
I’ve sent all docs over 2 weeks ago and been interrogated by staff about my income and outgoings on two occasions over 30 mins a call and still nothing. I’ve asked for a timeframe and keep being told no time frame can be given.

We do have a backlog of document reviews which isn’t ideal and it goes against our great customer service ambition. Unfortunately we have regulatory responsibilities which slow things down. We are working hard to reduce the waiting time.

I have contacted them multiple times but get the same responce that it's on a ticketing system etc. I have asked for escalation multiple times also but to no avail. I have no other issues with Lottomart and it's up there with one of my favourite operators. TIA for any advice/assistance.

I have the same problem! “Morning guys, I have a couple of withdrawals pending and have been waiting about a week. Is it usual that it takes this long to verify account? Why is it taking over a month for operators to complete checks. This is an absurd amount of time.

Exactly, whenever these type of threads come up it just baffles me.

Why the f*** should you have to send in a bank statement and payslips to get a withdrawal processed??

In the last year alone I have deposited and withdrawn easily over a quarter of a million pounds across the likes of paddy, hills, lads, corals 365 etc and have NEVER once been asked for a bank statement or a payslip.

In fact in most cases I’ve been asked for nothing as presumably electronic verification has been done.

The only documents I’ve been asked for in 8 years of online gambling is a drivers licence and a picture of my debit card. In those 8 yrs we would be talking several million pounds worth!!!

These ‘processes’ and ‘rules and regulations’ are NOT enforced by the UKGC but by the the casinos them selves.

Mark is a decent rep and I’m sure eventually you will get your money. But for Christ sake don’t think of depositing their again when clearly it’s only a matter of time before ur asked to give a reason why somethimg on a bank statement raises ‘concerns’ by the casino.

Who is and why did Mr Smith send u £150 on the 3rd of September???? F*** off it’s none of ur business.

Stick with mainstream sites, stick to max RTP slots only and avoid everything and any site that starts poking their noses in ur private business. These stupid over zealous demands are NOT UKGC enforced rules.

For example here is a screen shot of my paddy account in the last 12 months.

It’s mainly been where I have played BTG.

Not a bean from them from account opening years and years ago to the current time. No bank statement requests, no payslips , no nothing!!

Are they breaking the rules??? Are they going against UKGC guidelines????

Lottomart continue to dig for my personal information whilst holding onto the £2500+ withdrawal they owe me. They send standard templated emails when I complain, I wonder how big their que of enhanced verifications is?
