It has been many years since I have been shocked by the standard of a NetEnt casino.
I give you Luckland Casino.
1. They give you 100% deposit bonus with a large wagering requirement. Once you complete the wagering they take back the bonus! I have seen this ONCE before with a rogue PlayTech casino in 2012.
2. You are not allowed to access the withdrawal section until you are verified.
3. After sending in documents they use 4-6 days to verify an account! They will never start this process because they claim documents has not been sent.
4. The customer support agents doesn't understand plain english. They can't spell in english.
These guys have no intention of ever paying you!
They will come up with every excuse in the book to stall until you give up and lose everything.
I didn't think NetEnt allowed such casinos to provide their slots. Always trusted them before.
Shocked.

. Even after the second (or third time) , i never recieved a reply that the kyc process had actually been completed. And about 30 days to get paid in total, thats about 29 days too long

I hope that this is true as we all like to get our own money ASAP, over 5 days to get approved? No need for this I mean what did you ask for a DNA sample?
