Let's welcome Lucky Niki into the Baptism by Fire section - you can check out their review here: Lucky Niki Casino Review

Fast tracked for 30 days - they seem to have quick payouts, but they have a withdrawal limit of 10K per month.

Their casino rep is here: https://sussexmskpartnershipeast.com/forums/members/krystal_ego.36004/

Eh? Well that sucks. I didn't see that.

Oh well at least they allow Bonus with a neteller deposit and most people don't really bet over £/€1 so for many this is still good.

I mean not because its great but better than no bonus at all.

But still a BS term i can see in another way better to not offer bonus at all and just bonus ban neteller/skrill like other casinos now do.

It does not apply to progressive jackpots. This you won't have to worry about any casino listed in the Accred, BBF, or Grey Zone sections. That is clearly reserved for the Rogues.

Thanks however the lack of live chat the 4 times I've been on, and no reply to my email gives me enough concern not to bother. If they don't reply when someone wants to give them money, I wouldnt like to know what they are like if you want money from them.
Good luck with the bff but they really need to ensure support is available to players

Just as an update I did finally get a response to my email. It also seems like I opened an account there a while ago, and looking at some notes I made, the reason I've never deposited was that live chat wasn't available and the one time it was, no one answered after a 20 minute wait, so I gave up, so it seems nothing much has changed.

@Casinomeister the review states no uk, but they do have a UK license, even though the gambling commission logo links to the homepage not the license as it should, the license is

Just a heads up for anyone else, I've been having problems using the cool-off feature on here and lost my winnings. I've raised this with their support team (Again, I had no response on the phone or live chat when it was happening but i've been able to recreate the fault now that there are people online) so hopefully it'll get fixed soon.

I didn't check them out with a UK IP, but you are correct - there is a link to the UKGC but to its main landing page. I guess we need some clarification.

Yes, don't worry about the license Skillonnet have always had a UKGC license as said.

Mind you, I don't like this term:
If you have a pending withdrawal at the time of claiming a free bonus the casino reserves the right to void all subsequent winnings from that bonus including the bonus amount.

Can it also be clarified which slots can be played or contribute fully to WR???

I say this because this group habitually advertises a WR of say 30xD+B and in effect it's hugely more as on 95% of slots apart from their proprietary (Green Valley) ones there is a reduced contribution, as at Playojo for example. I've looked for contributions but can't see them so if ALL slots are the same at 100% then fair enough, but it needs confirming....

The UKGC logo at the bottom takes you to the homepage
The wrongly formatted text link before that takes you to the correct page.

How come you can comment on that but not on the fact customer service is never available, or the bonus issue Dunover mentions above?

Also worth mentioning these are blacklisted at thepogg.

So you take UK players, right? I thought you didn't. I will amend the review.

ALL slots contribute to wagering and they all contribute the same

Good, that's a positive, but encouraging reversals with that bonus policy? That is anomalous, don't know of any others that do this?

I try them tonight, livechat so far is good..wait 10min.then she answers quickly and helpfull.
I'll be back with more experience, hope to say only good bout it and maybe manage a withdrawal to see how long they take for it.

so...
A) you could find an operator
B) the operator was helpful

you cannot even imagine how lucky you had been.

I am playing on this group of casinos everyday since months ago and I never found anybody helpful there.
99,99% of cases I am not finding anybody available anyway.

If this is a sister site to playojo which you say are ‘award winning’, looking at the pogg website, these guys are on the blacklisted section, so why are they even allowed to enter the baptism of fire?

Conflict of information? One site recommends these casinos and another says they are blacklisted.

I just made a withdrawal of $300 USD from Lucky Niki and it runs smoothly. Only asked for verification because this was the first withdrawal. Since the verification documents were uploaded then it was approved within a day. Payment by Lucky Niki to my Ecopayz account in approximately 2 hours after verification was approved.

Edited:
*I don't have any problem with they bonuses because I play without bonus...:)
*I deposit to Lucky Niki only $30 USD as usual amount.

Deposited 70 euro, asked specifically before if any games is not playable with bonus balance, entered bonanza and support girl said, you cant see balance in all the games, so whats the freaking point?

without commenting on the casino itself, different sites have different standards - theres loads of legitimately rogue casinos listed here that others happily promote

no, im saying the rogue sites listed here are labelled as rogue ( ie stay away), but I've seen other affiliate sites promote them, because some peeps dont give a rats ass who they promote
I trust the CM process - casinos are vetted thoroughly and members are encouraged to provide feedback, good and bad

I'm not sure what your point is? Who's to say thepogg didn't get it wrong?

You cant see your balance while you are playing? Lmfao. And this casino has entered baptism of fire and is rogued in another site

That's not how it works ... If you took time to actually read the terms you'd understand what they mean. At these casinos the bonus balance is not usable in all games, and in those games you will not see your bonus balance. So if you deposit 70€ and get 70€ bonus, and go to Bonanza, your balance will appear as 70€. However, wagering in these games where bonus balance is not displayed is still contributed towards the wagering requirement. Now lets say you win end up with 700€ balance in Bonanza and then change games .. In an "allowed" game your balance will be 770€, and in a "non-allowed" game your balance will be 700€, but in either case playing still counts towards wagering.

So it's nowhere near as bad as you guys are making it to be. The only gripe I have with their bonus terms is that apparently a free spin deposit offer has a 30x D+B wagering requirement as well. This effectively means that if you win 0€ on the spins which is entirely possible, your deposit is still tied to 30x wager.

i closed all my accounts in their network of casinos but by now they must have at least 10 casinos

mind you they were always quick to pay and never had much problems with them, good slots selection but their bonus terms were diabolical and misleading so i figured i dont need that sh$# in my life.

max bet was something like 10% of bonus received and they would send 10-20% bonus offers often so basically if you deposit $20 and get 10% bonus your max bet would be 20 cents... if you fire a 25 or 30 liner are you are as good as gone. Also they were first one to sell 21x $1 spins for $20 or so where you only get your spins, but not your deposit on top of it.

Wagering was 30x, with a twist. only like 2% of their slots contributed that much, the rest was 70% or 50%.

as i said they are very clever in trying to find ways to con(fuse) people so i closed my accounts but its really worth a mention how if you play without a bonus its a good place to play as they have lots of slots (most merkur/bally slots plus others) and never had any problems getting paid quickly either.

on the other hand if you play a bonus, better get a lawyer to go through their terms first or else.

where does it say that, I've just looked through the bonus terms and couldn't see it?

Not sure if understand these bonus terms correctly but:

"Unless stated otherwise in the promotion offer, Bonuses (including winnings from Free Spins) given with a deposit offer carry a wagering requirement of thirty (30) times the total amount, e.g. If you deposit €10 and obtain a €10 bonus, you would have to wager 30 times the aggregate amount, in this case being €20 (deposit + bonus). If a Bonus (including winnings from Free Spins) is not awarded as a part of a deposit offer Or if the total bonus amount (from bonuses and Free Spins winnings) is greater than the deposit amount made to claim the offer, the offer will carry a wagering requirement of sixty (60) times on the bonus amount only."

"When the bonus is added to your account the amount of wagering required is converted to bonus redeem points. The table below shows how much a player must wager in each currency to earn one bonus point."

"0.5 Points
EUR 1.00
GBP 1.00
USD 1.00
CAD 1.00
"
So to get 1 point...you need to wager 2 EUR. So is the bonus actually 60 times deposit+bonus? Like if you deposit 10€...you get 20€ to play with. And you need to wager 1200€ to cashout or is it that you need to wager 600€ to cashout?

where does it say that, I've just looked through the bonus terms and couldn't see it?

Well to be fair the bonus terms are kinda hard to understand and I wasn't 100% certain that's how it worked, but; I deposited just few days ago on DrueckGlueck for some free spins, and the wagering appeared to work as the way I described. Furthermore I talked to Krystal through a PM about something else, but I briefly asked about this bonus and it's terms as well and they confirmed to me that's how it works .. That regardless of whether bonus balance is displayed or not, playing a slot counts towards wagering.

read my previous post, thats exactly why i said to contact your favorite lawyer prior to playing with bonus on their sites :P

I closed my account with this group too because of the terms. I just could not bothered to be completely screwed around and figure all the math and percentages out and what size bet is actually accepted.

I see this only being done to try and screw players over as much as possible. There is no need for such complications. Its just absolutely ridiculous all the stuff you need to try and figure out.

I love the site navigation is so easy.. I hate that there is no live chat right now. I accidentally bet over the max allowed with a bonus balance so I stop playing and had to email to notify them and see what to do .. Still no response 2 hours later. Had an issue with first deposit somebody called me and was friendly as hell . Will see what happens with my accidental big bet.. Happen before elsewhere and they just thanks don't do it again lol .

I just went on mobile and got live chat within 20 seconds and operator was very helpful about my making ten dollar spins while using bonus money.. Not sure why website couldn't get live chat but mobile no problem whatsoever

So they're still falsely advertising the wagering requirements, as @dunover mentioned about earlier.
They're just disguising it differently - by £$€ 1 = 0.5 points, rather than by reduced contributions from most games.

Maybe the rep can explain this, assuming they come out of hiding before the BBF is over

Hi, I checked your account and I see Support did reply
and i can confirm what they told you, yes we understand mistakes do happen so not to worry this time but please try to stick to the bonus policy terms in the future

Wow! just signed up with these as Playojo WAS one of my favourite places to play, only to get an instant email saying "Due to management decision, the account you created with username XXXXX has been restricted from taking advantage of our bonuses and rewards."
I have sent them an email requesting what information they have on me to flag me like that? I have deposited a fair amount at their sister sites and have never complained despite the RTP for me over the last few months being terrible (almost questionable).

Plenty of other places to give my money to.
As far as I am concerned it is their loss not mine!

So... the rep has returned, answered ONE query and disappeared again. No doubt just waiting for the BBF to be completed.

@Casinomeister
The problem with a BBF for a site like this, is there are going to be very few members who will sign up to try it out.

The T&C are convoluted and because of the £1=0.5 points against the advertised wagering, basically dishonest. I'm sure the CMA and UKGC will be interested in that little gem.
Games excluded from bonus play, which aren't listed.
Vague clauses such as "Increasing the balance then changing the gaming pattern significantly (bet, game type, bet structure, etc) in order to complete the wagering requirements for that bonus." What's their idea of significantly? probably different to an average player's interpretation

The welcome (?) bonus is 25x £0.20 free spins with 60x wagering (120x with the £1=0.5 wagering points). For UK players

What incentive is there for members to give them a try?

So there'll be minimum feedback and they'll just sail through the process. Probably causing problems and PABs in the future.

Maybe there should be some kind of voting system. Not to decide whether they pass the BBF, but something to be taken into consideration, when deciding
