Payment Complaint Luckywins not processing my withdrawal

Won maxwin on a slot shortly after I deposited on luckywins casino. Customer service have told me that my account and payment method is full6 verified. But they still don’t pay out my withdrawal request.

They told me to cancel my withdrawal, and instead reply on an email from them with bank account details. Still haven’t heard from them, and it’s been 9 days.


Where do I find the form where I can post a complaint on this site?
 
These guys used to be so respected for their quick verifications and fast cashouts. Unfortunately Dama nv casinos have lost the plot completely.
Loft casino(dama) kept my withdrawal on pending for 13 days. I played down my €600 and never went back to these guys.

What casino was the one you played at? Been playing at dama for 2 years, and as you’re saying they’re very different now. Their site design and how it function is even worse than before
