So I just wanted to add that now in 2024 almost 2025. I have gotten this suspension as well, it's been 8months. Play here and there but not very much. The occasional 100 maybe. But I have not won since this suspension and the identical cut and paste response is still being used. I've played on Captain cooks for a few years at least now. And played the same way the whole time, but the last few times I started playing break the bank for $5. And was winning. After third win at maybe $800. That's when my loyalty points were suspended and I haven't won anything ever since. So screw casino rewards there are so many better playing and paying casinos out there.
