MGA minimum RTP from 92% -> 85%

Now, now, not sure I have ever declared such a thing.

Will boldly declare the 82% one you will thoroughly enjoy though :)
I'm waiting until Videoslots bring out the 50% one, in line with their scratch cards, for the ultimate experience.

Taken from the report......

'The MGA has received responses from gaming companies holding B2C and/or B2B licences as well as consultants to the gaming industry replying on behalf of various clients holding MGA’s licence. There was significant support from respondents to the consultation proposal.'

No sh*t Sherlock!

The Turkey's voted for Xmas and....

Voted for the Chicken

I know: would you like increased authority to swindle?

Why, Sir, yes we would, yes we would.

These consultations or whatnot are always lob sided no matter where you are: normally a decisions already been made and they badge talking to experts at the end as trying to show they based it on x,y,z.

Sort of like when the UKGC come out with some of theirs and it ends up being they just spoke to families of problem gamblers etc as their representative sample.

Mate, dont bother reading the report, it gets worse, much, much worse.......

Several respondents stated that operators should have the ability to set their own RTP within
prescribed ranges, in order to remain profitable in view of the various changes in national tax regimes
and rising compliance costs. It has been acknowledged that the alignment with the land-based sector
will give the online operators the option to decide on the optimal RTP based on the game type and
the targeted customer segment, whilst keeping the games sufficiently attractive for players

Yeehaw! Cowboy! Gold Rush........

They will probably start offering heaps of 500% bonuses which they know at 85% will result in 0% chance of withdrawal.

Surprisingly most of the Curacao casino's us Aussies are forced to play at usually have the highest model of most of the remaining providers but obviously those casinos have their own set of problems including stalling n non payment etc.

It's like some sort of deleted scene from The Godfather.

'Hey there gangsters, we're doing a survey, how would you feel about the opportunity to do loads more crime?'

I'd avoid any curacao based casino. No matter what brand or reputation it is. The three times i dealth with a casino from curacao they where all utterly shit. It just does'nt feel right (at all).

If the MGA allows this, the black market will have a huge surge in players. Cure-a-cow (Credit @dunover ) casinos running at 94% would be the cream of the crop.

I mean, you have the ridiculous SOW checks from the MGA crew like at Casumo. Imagine running slots at 85% as well? Would anyone even consider supporting this utter garbage?

There are already casinos running PnG games at 94% - Those are horrific and reduce your play time by 100% at minimum. The MGA is beginning to lose more credibility to even entertain this.

"In line with its commitment to protect consumers, especially minors and vulnerable persons, the MGA shall be publishing further amendments to the Directive in due course"

This should read:

'In line with its commitment to protect greedy casino operators, especially profits - whilst raking in licence fees, the MGA shall be approving lowered RTP's in due course'.

I sometimes wish that these regulatory boards stood for what they actually masquerade to be in existence for. They pretend to be there for consumers. The reality is, its just a tussle to see how they can legitimize and legalize theft from players online. The UKGC and MGA are prime examples of approving 50 000 licences to some of the most underfunded, shady and corrupt entities in the online arena. More licencees means more fees - irrespective of how they operate.

Shame on them!!!!

Give me one good reason when RTP's are lowered how it would benefit the consumer, at all. At some point players are going to be done with it. Move on. Head for alternatives that do offer a better or higher RTP. My bet is that the complaints section on this website and other sites as well will boom over time.

Very good move. Not.

This is actually worst than gangsters. At least when you buy hard drugs from a runner employed by italian mafia or hells angels, there is a minimum of pleasure expected, a limited ammount of cutting agents added to the product and some kind of respect between the buyer and the seller. Yes its greedy and disgusting to profit from humans like that but the online gaming industry is becoming much worse... pure evil greedy criminal bûll$hit. False advertisement, false promises, way to often straight up lies and a big large pole up the a$$ when you finally manage a win just to be sure it hurts so much you won’t ever try that again. MGA are a disgusting assocation of scumbags doing whatever they want and claiming they are helping and in reality they steal from players. Online casinos are becoming their personnal assistants. Whats the point in 2021 to pay for this piece of trash of liscense seriously? Half of the casinos are fooling you with website designs to hide the help files and the other half is showing the wrong numbers. Providers are as dodgy as possible with those great streamers hitting millions on ridiculous bonus buy.... How is that all still going on? Because affiliates? One day it wîl reach a point where even affilitates won’t be able to bury their head in the sands paying for their food with revenues coming from all this bû’llshiit. I wîll be honest, I will never gamble like I used to. Didnt even deposit in the last 5 or 6 weeks. I don’t see myself doing so since it has become the exact same thing than taking money and gently putting it in a trash can filled with disgusting worms. What a pathethic world we live in. Gambling used to be fun. Big wins are magical. Unless it’s sow time, stalling time, dumb support time, 6 hours in chat time and whatever pathetic attempt not to pay time. F mga and the filthy bunch that uses their rules to scam everyone like its part of the deal.
