To the BBC: It's discreet, not discrete. Get a copy editor.

What good is a camera in a casino anyway? Only Blackjack and only if the dealer checks hole cards and only if he's weak and only if your accomplice is at the right angle?
LOL with friendly employment policies in recent times, the standard of copy editing and literacy has noticeably declined.

I think the camera may have been to do with roulette?

A camera could also help count cards (BJ) if it has a view of all hands.
True, but I think they were being coached remotely via the live camera feed. This is how the Russians did the Novomatic job, they watched their stooges in land-based casinos via phone cameras and told them when to press spin (they had worked out the Novomatic RNG used a clocking system so you would win at certain points in time).

I think this is very likely. The article says card games, so I don't think roulette or a complex RNG caper.
Well, they got caught either way. Perhaps use a Donald Duck t-shirt next time?

I think the BBC has more problems to deal with than whether someone made a spelling mistake.
