The pride weekly wagering tournament at LeoVegas Casino.

I will attach a screenshot of said promotion ongoing at Leovegas casino for some context to my question.

During the 2nd week of December I got on a really hot streak I guess you could say and wagered roughly $140k which would of had me at roughly 14.000 sitting in between 2 brackets on the prize table. I was awarded the lesser of the 2 with 10.000 points being 3200 despite having the 14,000 points so about 6000 points shy or the $400 award . My question is after reading the brief description about the promotion what do you think would or should happen with the remaining 4000 points that were unaccounted for??
because I can't find anything in there that states what is to happen in that instance, so I've had 4000 points voided because it didn't reach the next prize in the prize table, is this something that should of been calculated and been awarded as an additional amount of prize money or not?

I have to ask as when I consulted Gemini with help to draft a letter to the casino one thing led to another and apparently with all relavent information and facts for the casino Gemini says I am essentially ripped off. And should of had a few more rewards for meeting milestones and even wagering that much. I know it was silly to dive down that rabbit hole but the more I did the more it made sense , one more side note I had a significant withdrawal from that wagering and when it come time to credit me the down played $200 prize I had to wait and extra 7 days due to there being a system error of some sort, seemed silly over a $200 prize after I just made a significant withdrawal which they also tried to stall tactic me out of for 48 hours all up .

Appreciate it if you have made it this far and can't wait to hear everyones thoughts on the matter .

Thank you 🌸

I don’t see the confusion , you have to Cross the finish before you get a medal

Says it’s pretty clearly on the terms

Reach 5,000 Get $100,
Reach 10,000 Get $200
Reach 20.000 Get $400

Then meter resets on X date so make sure you reach a total; Period ends and promo re-start again from square one.

I don’t see anywhere “Get kinda close the the next stage but don’t make it get $X.xx

And glad you were on a heater , and I don’t want to pee in your cornflakes but $140,000 wagering a week is not massive in terms of casino “Whales”, so again not to sound offensive but $200 promo they are not conspiring against you….. Maybe go for a walk if your mind starts spinning
as that’s crazy talk, LeoVegas are legit and inferring they are preventing a player meeting a low level of bonus , is borderline certifiable..

Genini is a known sycophantic AI so impossible to give unbiased opinion and 99/100 it’s always going to back you up, regardless of fact

You Can aways ask your personal VIP rep; if want to grind them for more but not in regards to the promo you need another angle

Ohk no worries appreciate your opinion and it all totally makes sense I see where your coming from and no it might not be significant compared to some casino "whales" I guess as you said Gemini had my back and I went with it I was trying to find an answer to a question then it answers my question with another question so was just seeking clarification thats all .. sadly I don't have a VIP rep or no how to contact one , not sure if that's something I should of been informed about or not ?

AI can be dangerous :)

No, you were not ripped off - Prizes are structured that way so players push for the next level. If you end up short, you receive the prize equivalent to your wager. Nothing dodgy there.

I've unbolded your post for easier reading.

When you bet enough VIP team will come to you..

Good luck

Yeah they probably have a high bench mark for what they deem worthy of obtaining one, where as Ive.been recognized and invited to a VIP program at another casino all within a week . I'm positive there are a few descrepancy issues behind the scenes with transparency and player bonus allocation and things like that. I couldn't fault them not long ago , but really when the decent win/withdrawal comes along only then they show there true colours it's like my account has shadow banned or flagged

Good luck
