Opened an online account with bet Fred made 24 deposits in total tried to withdraw and they said they needed to speak to me!
No one as called the phone service doesn’t work so I could only chat on live chat!
They have Asked for photo id which I don’t have I’m 66 don’t have a passport or a driving licence which iv explained I can send copies of bank statement and the card and a bill but I don’t have photo id.
They have told me that they can’t give me the funds without it
Now iv tried looking online and it seems it’s a legal requirement for them to request a picture if photo id and a picture if myself before they allow deposits/use
This was never done and if they said this was necessary before using the account I wouldn’t of deposited and used but there now withholding funds
The account even with the funds is in a negative, are they legally allowed to take 24 deposits over 10 days and then when I come To withdraw refuse till I provided photo id which I don’t have ?
