PR: Maple International Ventures Strengthens Board to Support Next Phase of Growth at Lottomart
Gibraltar – 17th Feb 2026 — Maple International Ventures Limited (“Maple”), the operating company behind Lottomart, today announces the expansion of its Board of Directors with the appointment of several highly respected industry leaders, subject to regulatory approval.
At a time when focus, experience, and disciplined execution are critical, these appointments underscore Maple’s commitment to long‑term growth, strong governance, and resilience amid uncertain market conditions. The expanded Board materially enhances the group’s collective expertise across online gaming, regulated financial markets, capital markets, and risk management—further strengthening the foundations on which Lottomart continues to scale.
Mr Ware spent 14 years at Ladbrokes, culminating in his appointment as Managing Director of Ladbrokes International at the age of 34. In 2002, he founded 32Red, which became one of the UK’s most successful online gaming businesses. The company was floated on AIM in 2005 and subsequently acquired by Kindred Group in 2017 for £175 million (all cash).
At the time of sale, 32Red generated £62.3 million in net gaming revenues and held licences in the United Kingdom, Italy, and Gibraltar. Mr Ware has also served in an advisory capacity to Lottomart since 2019, providing valuable continuity and sector insight.
His appointment formalises a long‑standing relationship and brings proven entrepreneurial and operational success directly to the Board.
His expertise includes:
A qualified accountant, Mr Meade has spent more than 30 years as an investment banker in London, holding senior roles at HSBC, UBS, and Deutsche Numis. He has advised numerous companies across the internet gaming and trading sectors, including PartyGaming, bwin, 888, 32Red, TP ICAP, and IG Group.
He is now an experienced Non‑Executive Director across both public and private companies, adding further strength to the Board’s strategic and governance capabilities.
For Lottomart stakeholders, this milestone demonstrates disciplined leadership, enhanced governance, and a Board fully aligned with long‑term value creation.
