I just wanted to extend a public thank you to the PAB team @maxd and @GourdFollower for being such a valuable resource to our community. Especially for U.S. players, who many times have absolutely no other avenue to pursue when problems arise, the PAB team provides a comfort that there is someone "on your team".

Thank you for your DECADES of hard work and dedication to fairness. You are appreciated.

But you are right, I love my yearly contact with Max asking me what my email address was again because he received a complaint. One a year is easy to manage :)

I love a good rant but never get the opportunity to go after you or the ABC team - really frustrating to be fair.

Could you ask one of your team just to drop a bollock once so I can get stuck into them lol
 
I feel the need to resurrect this post. The Casinomeister PAB team does not always get the recognition they truly deserve and I want to give them a big shout out for helping me through two recent PAB's I had. These took almost a month of hard work on their end and a lot of annoying messages from me ;) but in the end, everything was resolved.

This team works their butts off for this community and I for one really appreciate the job they do.

THANK YOU @maxd and @GourdFollower. Y'all are the best. If I ever catch you out a pub (is that what you redcoats call it?) drinks are on me!!!

Why thank you! The kind words are much appreciated. I do have to say though that GourdFollower did all the heavy lifting on those two cases of yours, I just flounced in for a few timely pings to the casino peeps involved when needed. Sadly that’s the way things are in PAB-land these days, I’ve turned into Mr. Manager and am often away from the PAB desk leaving GourdFollower to do the real work.

I just wanted to say I concur, you do an amazing job for so many players. Although I have never needed to use the PAB service myself it is nice knowing it is here for the time I might have too. But honestly I usually sort issues out myself mostly.

I do recall a few situations in the past I could have used PAB though when things did take longer than they should have.
