Pelikaani.com casino. I have requested 3 months ago to close my account in writing (since it is a quick casino, you cannot register there) and I stated that I have a gambling problem and I want to close access to the sister casinos as well.

After 3 months I can log in to the service as a quick casino normally, I can deposit during the evening so much what i want. When I log out after losses, my account is closed by casino.

I ask about it and they answer that they do not close accounts just on request. However, all their sister casinos were closed with the same request without any problems.

I think you guys in general should stop sending those requests and take own initiative.

I would personally send an email to the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, which is also the licensing authority. I have heard that they may be able to solve issues on a relatively quick schedule.

Just go to emta.ee and try to find some suitable email address
