Hi guys!

Wondered whether anyone has any experience in how long (roughly) Casumos player protection team take to complete a review?
Already been confirmed no further documents are required at the moment, but withdrawal still stuck on pending status due to the “review”

we will still remain clear about time frames, but if a customer does not comply, thats impossible.

I need help from casumo. Its been 3 days since you paused my account for a supposed random security check and told me to contact you to get it up and running again. Have contacted you 3 times and you say you can't tell me anything so what was the point in you saying I had to contact you. I habe a balance on my account which I want back. How lomg is this going to take? 3 days seems ridiculous to be honest.
